Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

Anyone have any experience with hyaluronic acid/other fillers? Could you describe your experience?

We work with three doctors that do the Hyaluronic acid fillers. I can’t personally attest to the effectiveness, but a hand full of guys who’ve bought systems from us have described their experience to me. All of them said the same thing….. great girth immediately, a little soreness for a couple weeks.

My personal opinion is that it’s expensive and temporary. Don’t expect the girth gains to be permanent. Your body will absorb this particular type of filler in 12 - 18 months and you’ll have to fork out $1200 - $1800 for a re-fill.

As for other dermal filler options. The Belladerm / Alloderm grafts are permanent, they are the most expensive dermal procedures. Dr. Rosenthal down in southern Calif. does good work (SoCal Phalloplasty). Very intrusive surgical procedure!

Then there’s PMMA and SLE (Surgery Life Enhancement - Dan Salas) has been doing many girth procedures. From the looks of things they have been getting good results. If I were to go with a girth filler I think I would do the PMMA, as it seems to last, the procedure isn’t as intrusive and the cost is reasonable. FYI - Since these two doctors are in Mexico price is negotiable. All that said I personally would advise to maximize your potential girth gains with PE exercise before doing any type of surgical filler. It takes longer to get results, but they are permanent and only cost time and dedication! I gained 1 1/4” - 1 1/2” (depending on area measured) and it took me four years, but was well worth the investment of time!

Good afternoon, guys,

I already know that the query that I am going to do has already been done in some older threads, but lately things have advanced a lot in the matter of thickening by fillers, behind were the fillers with fat extracted from the body itself, or chemical liquids of doubtful low toxicity, it seems that hyaluronic acid is proving to be quite innocuous and certainly effective in thickening, and my doubts are 2 in this regard, I don’t know if there will be colleagues in the forum who know or have experienced about it.

1. If someone has tried it, how does an erection look? Is it uniform throughout the penis, or does the acid go to the base when penetrating?
2. Another important question, after thickening with hyaluronic acid, can you continue with PE exercises ?, especially with jelqs?

I know it is a topic that is not well documented on the Internet, and if you look for opinions in forums it is very difficult to find people with experience and photos of the results.

Greetings to the forum.

I don’t know about fillers, but I know I’ve been using a hyaluronic acid solution as a moisturizer for my cock for about 6 months, applying it topically after stretching and pumping, and as a jelqing lube. I use it daily right of the shower and sometimes twice on workout days and think it helps with recovery and makes the skin on my cock supple and sensitive. It’s inexpensive and available from Piping Rock: Buy Hyaluronic Acid Serum for Skin | 3 Bottles | Benefits | PipingRock Health Products. Highly recommended.

Start 3/18 7.25 x 5.25 (bpel x mseg). Now 8.25 x 6.15. Goal 9 x 7.

I lost interest dermal fillers when I learned they are injected under the skin rather than into the corpus cavernosum. I just can’t imagine it not looking puffy, soft, and fake like using a penis pump, especially when the filler is gone and the skin had been stretched. If my assumptions are wrong, someone let me know.

That’s why it is recommended not to overdo HA injections. Too much and it will look unnatural. But then 20ml would give you around 2,5 centimetres girth (1inch) overnight. If it only was a tad cheaper I’d go for it.

The PhalloBoards 3.0 Forum (basically phalloboards dot info or dot com) has a Progress Report section similar to Thundersplace. You’ll find a plethora of commentary and reviews there regarding Hyaluronic Acid (HA) as well as other dermal filler injectables.

Well, if you inject low-to-modest volumes, it’s essentially indiscernible to the unsuspecting partner, and quite significant & tangible in terms of girth. I wouldn’t write it off based on what you "imagine it might be like," why not read the many hundreds (if not thousands) of accounts/journeys of men on the PhalloBoards who have been injecting this stuff by qualified practitioners into their shaft’s dermis for a better part of a decade now?

The biggest complaints are seldom puffy or soft, but natural aesthetics, oftentimes attributed to over-filling (i.e. wanting more girth than their anatomy can tolerate naturally, akin to women getting watermelon sized breasts); if you see an expert in the field using medical grade fillers while aiming for reasonable & practical goals, you’d be surprised how superior these methods are for girth than any other means, risks & all considered.

Not perfect, and maybe not for those who aren’t hurting for more circumference, but definitely worthwhile for hard-gainers and the notably under-average.

There is a YouTube channel of a doctor who performs applications and the results seem very good, he mixes hyaluronic acid with PMMA, if I’m not mistaken. I also follow another channel of a South Korean clinic that does an interesting procedure called 5S, they increase the circumference with a product developed by themselves, they enlarge the glans, cut the suspensory ligament, and treat premature ejaculation with laser, all in a single day.

There are some Doctors who are experimenting with the combining of already viable & approved fillers, like Radiesse + Hyaluronic Acid (HA) or PMMA + HA among others. The 5S Procedure you’re referring to is done by Proud Urology — who has content, videos, and Before & After’s over at the phalloboards(dot)com.

The field, while having come a long way and demonstrably efficacious relatively speaking, can still arguably be experimental to so some degree; this is especially true when it comes to mixtures & blends — so be sure your Provider is a PhalloBoards vetted Doctor, one who is well reviewed, and/or knows to avoid all the shoddy methodologies like silicone oil injections or rigid silicone implants (the ones for penis enlargement, not for ED).

To be frank, the right iteration/brand of HA when injected into the right dermal plane can be very effective, and there are men on the PhalloBoards who say as much, even those who have tried different variety types. Worth a read if the topic interests you.

I didn’t know there was information about Proud Urology on PhalloBoards. I think the procedure they perform and the product they use (Proud derma) are very interesting, it’s not rigid like Penuma. I’m interested in reading the experiences of those who have already undergone it.
