OK, guys, enough small talk for me. I want my penis to get bigger, and I’m starting PEing tomorrow! January 1, could there be a better time to start? Wish me the best of luck and God’s speed!
I have downloaded the videos and textual explanations of basic exercises, and, as I assume most of you would suggest, I’m starting with the newbie routine. But, I have a few questions which I need an answer to in order to make the most of my exercises. I am mostly interested in length, I’m only 5,1” long (NBPEL). I know, that means jelq with lower erection level. Here are my questions:
1. I have a very low LOT - between 6 and 7. Should I do any down stretches at all?
2. WHAT is this tunica I keep reading about? I know that I should do upward stretches to target it, to gain length, but anatomically - I have no idea what it is!
3. As for stretches - as a newbie, should I do just standard flaccid manual stretches, or should I try some of the other stretches as well?
4. Hot wrap - is it OK just to warm up the penis, or does the entire pubic area need to be warmed? (testicles?)
5. While jelqing - does it make a difference in which direction my penis points - straight ahead, upwards, downwards?
6. To put it all together - tell me what modifications to the newbie routine should a guy with a very low LOT, and with LENGTH as a goal make?

1. Down stretches won’t hurt, only takes a little bit extra time and will give your penis more freedom to grow.
2. Wait for someone else to answer this.
3. Do some normal manual stretches untill you get used to it, then add the A-stretch and stuff.
4. Warm up the whole area, I normally sit in a hot bath for 5 - 10 minutes first.
5. I used to do one direction one day, and another direction another day - I don’t think it matters too much, but most people normally do it straight out, horizontally.
6. The routine should be very similar to get the penis ready for the exercises, you can change it when you have made significant progress at stengthening yourself.

Just be careful, don’t do too much - I damaged myself by wanting results too quickly. It’s fun to do untill you injure yourself.


Previously known as rundown.

1. You should do manual stretches in all directions. Up, down, left, right and hold each for 30 seconds. Then pull straight out and swing it around in giant circles, both CW and CCW directions.

2. The tunica is like the casing on a sausage and is just under the skin and wraps around and contains each of the three chambers in your cock. So all stretches effect the tunica, only downward stretches also target the ligs.

3. Just do the normal stretches for now. The newbie routine conditions your cock and prepares it for the other exercises that follow in a couple of months.

4. Warm up the entire cock and base area, but there is no need to warm your testicles, but it is OK to do so. Warming the testicles does have the side effect of temporarily reducing your sperm count.

5. Jelq in the direction most comfortable. I find straight out or down to be best for me.

6. You don’t have to make any modifications. Like I said before, the newbie routine conditions your cock for more specialized exercises to follow in a couple of months.

I am completely lost when it comes to hanging. When I try to read hanging threads, I can hardly understand anything - English is not my first language and many words you guys use in those threads can’t be found in any of my dictionaries! Besides, I live in Bosnia and I can’t find US made goods in our stores - only European (and the variety of available stuff is limited), so I can’t build a hanger because I neither understand what do I need to buy, nor can I find a good alternative!

When you mention privacy - for about one more year I’ll still be living with my folks. If there is no hanger discreet enough to be hidden below pants then I won’t be able to hang for at least the next year. If there is such a discreet hanger, please instruct me where could I buy it, and if no one sells it, I hope some of you guys will be willing to explain, in SIMPLE English terms, how to build it.

I am trying to get a lower hanging scrotum also. So it is essential to warm the whole package for this reason. I also grease up my balls during the wet jelq routine.

Guys, will anyone help me with the hanging device question?

All day stretching (ADS) can be done discreetly beneath loose fitting clothes. I cannot comment on the practice and benefits of ADS from personal experience because I’ve never done it, but there has been a lot of talk about it at this forum.
I’ve done hanging, and hanging can’t be done discreetly; you need your privacy for that, or cohabitants (your folks) who don’t mind.

In the thread that explains how to jelq there’s something I don’t understand:

It doesn’t make sense to me that a stronger grip less effectively traps blood???? Isn’t it just the opposite? And what does strength of the grip have to do with rotation of the grip?

I really don’t know, but I am going take a guess at this. I am going to appraoch this from logic and I make no gaurantees with what I say. The rotation of your hand at a different angle or location on the shaft may effect a certain area of the CC or CS more effectivly. Finding the most effective spot or angle specifically targets one area better. So less force is needed. I would assume that certain nerves running along would need a gentler touch than pure force.

If you want to disable a car, you can smash it to bits with force or just unhook the battery cable. Both stop the car, one uses technique the other pure force. Which one does less damage?

This is my guess, nothing more.

Good luck buddy. A friend of mine with a very low LOT started PEing 5.5” NBPEL 9 months ago and gained 2 full inches in the length department . He stands 7.5 ” today ..

Manual stretches are the way .just do not rush it and waste your money over products that you might not need.

Keep on doing manual exercises until you get some privacy and then maybe the European guys can help you get the parts to make a wench. I know they cost less than 10 dollars to make in the states and a one arm monkey could make one and you only need a pair of scissors. Your doing very well with English:)
