Let me put some stats down first.

I am 7.25 fully erect
LOT is at 7:30 to 8:00

Routine I wanted to try is

Warm wrap - 10 - 15 min
Manual stretch - I do the manual V stretch. 30 sec each. 10 reps
Jelq - 200 3-sec jelqs
Warm wrap - 5 min

Is this routine ok?

I started about 2 weeks ago. But haven’t been regularly. I want to take ever 3 days off.

The problem is, I get semi erect (about 50-60%) during the stretch technique. But it doesn’t feel like I am stretching when I am semi-erect. What can I do to fix this. This has contributed to me not being committed to the routine.

I thought about doing the jelqing first. Then masturbate to release the excitement….then do the stretching after the jelqing.

Is this OK? And do you have any other suggestions for my routing considering my stats?

Regularity is a key, but you know that.

You are getting used to handling your dick and not getting aroused, this can take some time. It will get boring quickly. It might be worth allowing a little extra time and maybe doing a second warm wrap before jelqing (or even splitting the stretches into a separate routine if that helps).

Maybe switch to simple stretches while you are semi erect or go back to the warm wrap for a while.

Some people find this works well, though I’ve mostly heard about people doing JAI stretches after jelqing.

My goals are as big as I can get….LOL

I would be satisfied with 9.5-10 inches in lenght. I am not concerned about girth right now.

Some people have experimented with erect/semi-erect stretching but there isn’t much of a point unlss you are treating stretches as a kind of Sadsak Slinky.

You will need to be flaccid to do V-stretches, trying that on an erect penis is likely to lead to injury and maybe peryonnies disease.

That said some blood in the penis can help. If you push some blood to the glans and then let it flow back as much as it wants you can normally get a better grip in the penis. I don’t mean by this effectively creating a ULI#3 at your grip point, more that a bit of circulation is a good thing.

If you are going for length then consider increasing the stress on the stretches and maybe consider hanging if you like your wrists.

Upon further research to make sure I wwas doing everything right. I discovered that I am actually doing A Stretches. I was pulling my penis over the top my wrist.

I looked for the video of the V stretch technique…..but it sends me to a page that says I do not have permission to view that page. But I am signed in.

The A stretch is just a V-stretch modification. It’s an inverted V-stretch using the wrist as a fulcrum point. Experiment with different things for a fulcrum (can of cat food, baseball bat, fluffy toy - well maybe not the fluffy toy) so that you can stretch with a straight arm, it makes a hell of a difference.

The mpeg videos were removed.

So if I break the bat or bend the can of cat food, would that mean that I am pulling downward on my penis a little to hard? LOL!

Yes I would think so :)

Stretching is an art in itself. Easing into a stretch often makes it better. Pulling to the fullest extent and then easing off a touch can provide a good way of maximising tension but minimising effort. Heated stretches are better than non-heated stretches.
