Ok, so after a few months of just reading about this, mostly from here but from other places as well, I finally believe that this could work. So, my situation is 6.3nbpelx4.4girth. Firstly, I want to be 7x5 but I don’t mind if it’s 6.8-9x5. On the long run, if this will work for me, it seems that if you go for years it will keep growing so I would consider stopping at 7.6x5.6. So, this is my goal and my whole situation. It is sad because I feel accomplished in all the other ways but my penis is thin, so.yes. This thread is intended to reach out for your expertise and experience in PE. I have discovered that you can even hire a coach and it is quite affordable but I will try here first. Maybe my threads could help someone in my situation in the future.Also, I have the time, privacy and motivation to fix this, I only need some help. I have a few questions:D (I forgot to tell any personal info so there is a little bit about me in the last paragraph)
1) I want to begin with newbie routine but there is another thing on the internet called monster 101 routine that is also a beginner routine that can be targeted for girth. Should I begin with newbie and gradually switch to monster? Should I do a combination from the beginning? I have tried the type of jelquing described by monster and I feel like it is better for me because it doesn’t kill my erection. How do you guys keep erect while jelquing for girth, by the way?:D
2)What do you consider the best way for warming up? I understand that this is really important and sometimes makes the difference between people how gain and those who don’t and I want to make the most of it. I think that there was a pump with water and this is what some guys would use. This one seems the most efficient to me, what do you think?
3)What are the most useful supplements? Is anything required besides l-arinine I believe it was called? Also all the other factors that could influence gains besides sleep, good nutrition and sports? What is the effect of excessive sport on the gains? I want to make sure that I don’t miss anything.
4)I noticed that many guys do 2 sessions per day, one of the session being only pumping? Is this a thing? How long before I could do the same? Again, I am really motivated to fix this thing and I am down to any solution
5)Which one is better for premature ejaculation between kegel and reverse kegel?
6)I saw that some guys wear cockrigns all day for amazing girth gains. How long before I can do this? Should I do it from the beginning? Is there another thing like this that you can do when you are not doing the exercises to maximize the gains?
7)Any extra tips and tricks are highly appreciated.
These are all the questions for now. Some personal details about me: early 20s. I have discovered recently that my penis is thin. I only measured length my entire life.:) ) This is the last major thing to fix about me. I have finished college, I have a good job and also decent looks. This is my last problem, I have solved everything else. Help me solve this and I will tattoo a small thunder on my nuts. I swear to god. Answer any question you like:D
