I did something stupid and Need Advice
I started doing the newbie routine 3 months ago. After a increase of 0.5cm due EQ in the first week my gains were not increasing. Now 1 week ago I did something stupid. I started with an extender the first day 3 hours and 30 mins jelqing just my usual newbie routine. After that day my dick was exhausted. I experienced some very very little pain in my kegel area. I stopped for 2 days because I thought my morning wood was decreasing as well but he returned. Now I measured for my 3th month and I gained another 0.3cm gain my first gain after my gains from EQ. So I have positive PI and negative because my morning wood seems to be less hard. I told my doctor about this and she said it can also be my night routine. I had 1 week vacation this week and I slept very late and long. She said it can affect my morning wood as well. Also Im just less horny lately because I stopped watching porn and now I dont have to watch porn every day but just like once in 2 weeks. Shortly: their are so many reasons why my dick feels a bit tired and my morning wood is decreased a bit and I dont think im overtraining because I gained this week.
Now some information which I think is the problem. I have a bit of a curvature and when I measure I did several measures this week I try to straighten my penis. I think the little pain is caused due this and not due overworking. What should I do? Stop till my morning wood is increasing again ( because the doctor also said it can be a various of things and sleep early or keep going but only 10 mins jelqing and 5 mins stretching?
