I get bursted blood vessels on my penis after jelq

Hi, I just started with this and I got bursted/cracked blood vessels on my penis afterwards. Alot of red dots on my preeskin aswell as two red dots on the top of my penis, the glans?(don’t know the english word)

I first did 10 minutets of stretching the penis and afterwards about 10-13min of wet jelq.

I did just as the video instructions. + I used oil as a loub.

Why is this happening? Am I doing it wrong, or is my penis just to weak to handle jelq?

Red dots, do a search. Nothing to worry, ease up the grip. Learn how to do searches buddy, will save you time and anxiety.

Those are nothing to worry about. They will fade in a day or two.

I got those too, and it just means you are loading the dick for the first time. It’s never happened to me since.

Like everyone else said; they aren’t a big deal as long as they are little pin pricks. Take caution though because if you get a big one that won’t go away it could put you out of business for up to a month. I got a big red spot during my second month of the newbie routine. I gave it a week and it came back. I gave it two weeks and it came back. Finally I gave it a month and it’s yet to come back. I’ve since restarted the newbie routine and am back in month two. I no longer get any spots at all even when I use a lot of pressure, I have no explanation for that, but I digress.

My advice to you is to take it easy and focus on erection quality, not squeezing the inches out. Increase pressure gradually but not at the expense of your EQ. You’ll know when you’ve hurt your boner.

Slow down a bit Swedish Dude and count your jelqs rather than timing them I always count.
