Well you lovely people, I have forgotten about “pills and patches” and I am taking the “bull by the horn” so to speak. I have done five minuet of warm up, five minute of stretching and five minuets jelqing. I have noticed that I get a harder erection at night. With being an olden, I don’t waist them, not knowing when I might next one.

Now let ask this question to those of you who have been doing PE for some time. How long should these exercises last in the beginning. And what other exercises should I be contemplating on including in this nightly ritual, of stretching me plonker.

For now, the main thing is to condition your cock to the new routine. Stick with the 5 minutes warm up and stretching and in a couple of days start adding to your jelq time. Eventually get your jelq time up to about 20 minutes and stay there for a month or two. You will find that after this amount of time, your cock will be well conditioned and you will have learned a lot more about your specific needs. Then you can begin adjusting your routine to meet your goals.
