Ok ok. So today I said to myself, I can’t take it anymore, I havent noticed much size gain, but it just looks like a nicer unit, so I figured id whip out the ruler. I been at this for about a month just stretching for about 15 minutes after a warm up, then jelqing (300) and thats it. I have been very consistent with my 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule and IT PAID OFF!

I DUNNO HOW, BUT I AM NOW 6 1/2 BPEL (I AM THE SAME NBPEL Due to a curve I’ve got, which I can’t take into account for when I’m bone pressing.) this is up from 6 3/8bpel!! It’s 1/8 of an inch, and dammit ill take it anyday. I know it’s not much, but hey it’s something, I think it’s working, what yall think? I hope the force is with me. I wanna give my girl an 8 x 6 one day, maybe even a niner! Much love to all you guys !

PE works, very slowly. I’ve been hanging 3 hours a day, 5 days a week for 2 months. A month ago I measured FBPSEL at 7.5”. I had to really strain to hit that mark. Today, I measured 7.75” using the same method. I thought maybe I was just pulling harder (or pushing the ruler harder), so I relaxed. In a relaxed state, I still passed 7.5”.

Even 1/8” per month gets me 1.5” my first year. I am learning to be very patient.

Does hanging affect the hardness of the penis? Are you more limp than before you started hanging during arousal or sexual intercourse?

Congratulations Dearth, I’m almost with the same exercises, but I do also, A stretch, V stretch, BTC, and JAI, like they said, PE is a very slow process, there are some fast gainers, but with dedication we all will make it, for sure.
