I know how to dekeratinize your glans.

I use to have cracked glans for many years. Since I’ve being doing PE it looks much better and I didn’t know why! Now I realise I used Aloe Vera Gel and Johnson’s oil as lubricant and I think it was the key!

I’m having trouble visualizing this keratinization.

Does it look like dry skin on the glans?

Yeah, kinda. Your glans looks dry rather than moist then there are cracks and groves on some. It varies by individual.
Anyway, where is NeedHalfAnInch? I still got unanswered question. Hahaha.

Has anyone else tried this with success?

I’ve started wearing a condom while a sleep and as often as I can during the day. I’ll cut the reservoir off the tip so I can easily urinate. So far this seems to be having a positive effect. The important thing is to clean the condom daily and maybe after a few days throw it out and use a fresh one. This might be a good solution as long as you’re not allergic or sensitive to latex.

Biggerbone any updates? I have been using silicone scar sheets with alpha hydroxy lotion keeping it covered 24/7. I only take it off to change the band aid. Unfortunately it hasn’t worked one iota.

Ok, I am uncircumcized AND I have keratinization.

I have had it for as long as I can remember, and my foreskin is always covering my glans. It does get dry, however. Would using a specific type of lotion/moistrurizer to keep it lubricated/moist during the day help do you think? Any lotions I should avoide?

wearing a condom definitely works. Within a few days you’ll notice a significant difference in the texture of your glans, and a sensitivity increase. The question is - how committed can you be to wearing a condom 24/7. It’s really not that practical of a solution for the long haul.

I’m not sure if you were replying to my post, but I have my foreskin, and it always covers my glans when I’m flacid, how will a condom be better than it?
