I Lost Gains And Can't Seen To Get Them Back
I did PE quite consistently for a couple of months earlier this year and had about 0,25-0,4 inch length gain, which I almost entirely have lost. I got back into it about 1,5 months ago with basically the same routine and no gains have been made at all yet whilst I managed to have some gains in the same time frame just earlier this year.
I also did feel that it was bigger flaccid after a nice session and even the day after it would still look bigger. I haven’t had this feeling even once since I started again and it’s quite discouraging. What am I doing wrong? Do I need a completely new routine or what’s the issue here cause I have no idea why nothing is happening, just want to get my old gains back so I can focus on my main goal..
I only do manual stretches and do them for about 25-40 minutes 5 times a week.
