I need help

Alright, so I’m a 19 year old guy and I’ve had a big problem lately. When I was 17-18 years old I was satisfied with my penis, I was quite fit and a fat pad was pretty much nonexistant. Well during the last year I had quite a rough time and I increased in weight by lot, and I mean alot. I don’t want to go into details because it shames me. But since then my fat pad has literally gone from nonexistent to a jumping pad. I had a 18 Cm bone pressed erect penis, as I said I had a pretty much nonexistent fat pad so it wasn’t much to force press, so I was pretty satisfied with this length. And I measured my penis daily during that time, and my sex life went very good, well for a a while. I had alot of personal problems and I think because of that I became lazy or tired to train, so I started to eat fast food and well it went up. Now I have a 15.5 CM erect but not force pressed. And well when I do force press through I can get up to 17.5 cm and its quite messy because the fatpad is really thick and quite big all around. This has had a extremely depressing factor on me , and I know it might sound arrogant and idiotic because 15.5 is a pretty good length. But its depressing because I went down by alot, and any penis shrinkage is devastating to any men. Now my question is, should I focus on losing down in weight and if I do, will this fat pad get removed or should I focus on PE.

You should clean up your diet and start getting in at LEAST an hour of exercise, a MINIMUM of three times a week. Five would be better. Your penis has not shrunk, you have gained an inch of fat at your measuring point. Two point five cm is really only an inch, and it’s still there, you just need to shed a few pounds. Or kilos, I suppose it would be. I’m guessing if you lost six to eight kilos you’d be feeling better, and your dick would appear larger. Treat the cause, not the symptom.

Hi. It seems that getting your diet and exercise under control should be your first priority. Improving your overall health will help you in many ways. Besides, losing a couple cm of fat pad, while certainly not easy, will probably be easier than gaining a couple cm in length. Good luck!

Shrinkage is not happening, you are too young for this condition.

I agree with all above, diet and exercise should be top priority.

I would recommend looking up 30 day transformations on youtube ( calistnhenics / fit challenge / jumprope ) etc and give yourself some inspiration, assuming you are still pretty fit on the inside you shouldn’t have a problem getting rid of the weight really. If you clean up your diet and take on a thirty day challenge and it doesn’t start coming of then that might be a sign that something else is going on.
