I need help guys and advice,
I made mistake !I started hanging 3 months ago with this hanger , and I started with 5 kg!
I thought its fine because I was using Penimaster Pro 1 year before that, after 1 month I added one bottle of water 1,5 j think that’s like 1 kg then after month I added one more bottle ..
Anyways , I was doing 2 times per day x 15 minutes ..
Sometimes even most of times 1 timer per day and. I did gained length , I was doing that + clamping on every 2 days + wearing Penimaster

I Stopped for 3 days and what happened

Is that my dick became smaller , I lost all gained length and my dick looks even smaller than before
;( (( I don’t know ..

I read its from retraction or something like that

It was mistake to start and hang with so much weight

I need advice now how to gain back my lenght and the gains.

Please help!

Take a break for a few weeks and then use less intensity when you resume.

What is your usual rest schedule like? You may not be giving enough time for recovery regularly.

Resting days , because like that my dick will get back as it was before ..
And thats what it happened ..

Now I’m hanging 2 x 20 minuties
With 5 kg per day ..

Already a week and I still havent gained my lenght ..
:( I really need advice how to fix that

And how many minutes you guys warm up?

I do like 5 min warm up or 3 with very hot water on sock

Come on guys .. Give me advices .. Seriously.. I’m so depressed now after I lost length and I’m super scared to go on holiday with my girlfriend and if I can’t hang 1 or 2 days .

I can’t understand why we are supposed to take rest days if we pump, yelk or stretch manually but not with hanging? The fibers in your dick can’t possibly tell the different if you stretch them manually or by hanging.
So a couple of days rest can’t hurt. If you really want to PE on your weekend with your girl just do some manual stretching instead.

Anon, I think that you are going to hard with the 5 kg weight. Do as Titletist adviced, and wait until you are having good erections and morningwood before you continue the work, and when you do continue, try to use a lighter weight. Try 1-2 kg for more minutes/or sessions per day if possible. Every penis is different in what load it can handle and giving gains. Even try a light weight as 200-500 grams as an all day stretcher hidden under clothes if possible. If one should compare the hanging to extenders ( although they are different ), no extenders uses 5kg of traction that the man should wear on his penis for 4-12 hours a day.

So, take a break, and make a lighter restart, keeping things heavy might result in something much worse than no gains. Good luck.

But if I stop then its going to be very hard to get gains , no ? The tissue is not going to become harder to stretch and stronger? I’m scared from that

If you continue this way, “hard to get gains” will be last of your problems

Like with any stretching, the premise behind this is creating microtears that heal, and then you tear them again, and they heal. If all you’re doing is tearing, you’re going to end up with a poorly functioning penis. Your penis isn’t going to shrink in a day. Think about running. If you haven’t run for awhile, and then you run for 3 miles, that next day you’re going to be tight as hell and in pain. You take a few days off and go out again, and it’s better…and slowly and slowly it gets better and better. If you continue to stretch before and after, you’ll find your limbs will become more limber with time. You need to let your body heal. I’ve been pumping and stretching pretty hard the past two days, because I’ve had more alone time, and it’s resulted in a loss of morning wood the past few days, so I’m taking the weekend off. I felt like I was making gains, but realize that if I’m not careful, I”m going to be in trouble.

IMO you should stop all activities until healed, your chooise.
