Before anyone asks this question, I started the girth blaster jelqs around 1-2 months before my very first post on this thread. After 1-2 months I noticed I was gaining for the very first time and decided to make a thread about it. Fast forward a little, I stopped the girth blaster jelqs before I took that one month off and after that one month off I did clamping only for awhile.

About 1-2 weeks ago I decided I needed to get back to doing girth blaster jelqs because with clamping I was not gaining and erection quality was not that great. After about 1-2 weeks I have already noticed better erection quality and a small/start gain.

I got that gain yesterday and it stayed the same as I measured 2 or so more times, still have not checked if it’s the same today yet. The bottom line is that I need to start that progress report thread as soon as possible to keep track of my routines, breaks, and of course those size+erection quality fluctuations.

Notes: I changed from going to %80 erection to as erect as possible when doing the girth blasters because I think that’s what is working for me. I also doing an extra 200 reps of the regular hand grip - 0 style grip.
(Just make sure your technique is good and even pressure with both hands, when doing any type of erect jelqs don’t pressure/squeeze too hard).

I think I need activation.

I would like to start a progress report (members only) thread now, I have made it past 30 posts, but it’s saying this,

It still shows you as a New member so you cannot create a thread anywhere with the exception of the Newbie forum and Member pics forum. Just make a new thread in the Newbie forum and I’m sure one of the mods will move the thread to the right place.

Submit another post and try again.

But I was planning on making a new thread, so I would prefer if you move this back to the newbie forum with the title it had/has, and If you do that I will make another thread in the newbie forum with the title I so choose and I will be asking for it to be moved to the progress report (members only). I will post a link that goes in between both threads.

If someone does not move this thread back to the newbie forum, then I would like the title named “ObiE1CanBlowMe’s Gains and Progress Report”.

You have a lot of views if you look at the title page. Not everyone likes to post some just read and leave and I agree with jopa that it you posted your starting stats and gains there might be more interest.

Thank you for moving it back, I figured I would be able to post in the progress reports / personal routines (members only) forum after I waited about a day. I Tried doing that about five to ten minutes ago and it worked. No need to post another thread in the newbie forum and ask it to be moved.

So if I understand correctly, you jelq with two hands or you grip around the jelq hand for more pressure?

A regular jelq is when you take your first hand and grip at the base of the penis and do a jelq/stroke/rep with that first hand. Once you reach before the head/glans of the penis with the first hand, you take your second hand and grip at the base of the penis and then let go of the first hand, you repeat this process for a number of jelqs/strokes/reps.

A jelq squeeze is when you take your first hand and grip at the base of the penis and then you take your second hand and place/grip it above the first hand, but the second hand does the jelqing/stroking/reps. You want to switch hands after you do repeat the process for a number of jelqs/strokes/reps.

A girth blaster jelq is a combination of a regular jelq and a jelq squeeze, it’s when you take your first hand and grip at the base of the penis, then you take your second hand and place/grip it above the first hand, your second hand jelqs until it reaches right before the head/glans of the penis, then release your second hand and place/grip it before the first hand that’s at the base of the penis, now your first hand jelqs, you repeat the process for a number of jelqs/strokes/reps. (When your jelqing, there is always a hand gripped at the base).

A girth blaster jelq is like a jelq squeeze that adds more pressure, but it’s like a two hand method of a jelq squeeze making it work like regular jelqs that switchs between hands ever jelq/stroke/rep.

I am not jelqing/stroking my penis with two hands at the same time, I actually have not tried that exercise before.
