If you want my advice on getting the best circulation…
> Get out of bed. Its unhealthy to spend so much time laying down. A question people seemed to have missed is "how many hours per day are you laying down?" At the age of 20 with no current health condition making bed-rest a requirement, if you answer is anything more than "9" then get up! At the very, very least, sit. Not just regarding the penis, it’s not doing your heart any good.
> Another question missed is "are you overweight"? I understand you say you do exercise, but being overweight certainly doesn’t help things. This ties in with your diet. If your diet it poor, throw in some apples and bananas. Fruits and vegetables are great, and now that its summer, include some watermelon. Watermelon [short story version] assists with EQ.
> Take 2 ginkgo biloba and ginseng, as well as a horny goat weed per day. One in the morning, one before bed. Avoid masturbating too often, 3 times per week is good of optimal EQ
> Weightlifting exercises may also help, along with cardio.
> If you smoke, reduce the amount and try to quit. Smoking is a very big cause of floppy-dick/ jelly-dick syndrome. These names are invented but you can understand the concept.
> Try the newbie routine, or at least some basic stretching/pee pulls. This PE routine goes hand-in-hand with your circulation issues, so don’t think along the lines of "doing PE with low circulation will hinder my gains". Yeah, that’s probably true, but on a parallel perspective you could be thinking "doing a PE routine may improve my cirvulation, as its like cardio for my penis".
> If you’re still having trouble with EQ, consider investing in a pump and go very lightly with it until you get the hang of it, I use the Bathmate and can offer plenty of advice with its use, but take a pick. Penomet seems a more popular choice though. These devices are designed to help with EQ.
Sciguy’s advice is good too, so i’ll leave the points he made to his post.

That genetic condition is thought to affect 2% of men, so if you are one of those people you might see temporary problems while on Viagra. If so, stop using it.
Of course I’m not a doctor. And Viagra is a prescription medication. Talk to your doctor if you’re concerned.
Correct. Don’t pay too much mind to the message you replied to, he’s a known pseudo-science guy here that likes to cherry-pick information and come up with bizarre conclusions :’)
Glad you posted this reply, I was literally just about to but you saved me the trouble.
