I want to start horse 440s
OK, so I’ve been doing PE for a few months and I want to add in some horse 440s because I’m more worried about girth than length. I’m already about .5 in away from my length goal but I’m about 1 in away from my girth goal. I’m going for 8x6. My current routine has been..
5 min warm up
10 min manual stretch
20-30 min wet jelq
Then lots of kegels while warming down in the shower..
I know how to do the horse 440 but I was wondering how many 30 second repetitions should I start with? How many should I work up to and in what increments should I do so?
Also, another question. I heard if you jelq upwards with a 70-90% erection it attacks girth more. Is this true? I’ve been naturally jelqing straight out or downwards.
