I want to start horse 440s

OK, so I’ve been doing PE for a few months and I want to add in some horse 440s because I’m more worried about girth than length. I’m already about .5 in away from my length goal but I’m about 1 in away from my girth goal. I’m going for 8x6. My current routine has been..

5 min warm up
10 min manual stretch
20-30 min wet jelq
Then lots of kegels while warming down in the shower..

I know how to do the horse 440 but I was wondering how many 30 second repetitions should I start with? How many should I work up to and in what increments should I do so?

Also, another question. I heard if you jelq upwards with a 70-90% erection it attacks girth more. Is this true? I’ve been naturally jelqing straight out or downwards.

These are a very strenuous exercise. Proceed with great caution.

I had been at PE for a couple years when I started them and was well “conditioned.” I did gain girth quicker than doing anything else but at the cost of two very dark discolorations running down either side of my urethra - about 4 inches long each. It took a couple years to get rid of them.

What happens with the Horses is that you increase blood pressure outrageously within the shaft when you squeeze, with the result of exploded capillaries.

Try a couple or a few each workout. Watch to see what happens. Add one or two more after a week or so of that, if you have no negative fallout. Move slowly.

Whoa you just joined and started PE. Damn it takes a long time to get your dick ready for all the other exercises. Go slow. When you start a new exercise do one set for a few nights and slowly build. Break your dick and PE is on hold for a few months. I clamp and do bends and just about all the squeezes I can do. It’s all about the girth anyway dude. If you have 7 inches in length trust me just work on your girth.

Yeah, I started with average length and below average girth and I’m up to 7x5. So, it’s been working well for me. As I said, my goal is 8x6. I heard the the horse 440 is one of the best ways to add girth. I haven’t experienced any forms of discoloration not even dots on my head. So, I figured I could afford to step it up a notch.

Anyway, if these are too advanced for someone three months in, would anyone mind suggesting a good girth exercise for me to add to my routine? How long should I wait before starting horses? Should I just add more jelq time for now?

I have the same deal as you. I started 7x5 and with for length. I didn’t know you were 3 months in join date Nov. and only 3 post you look like a newbie. Clamping is good for girth but it is extreme. Like hanging is extreme length. If you clamp read clamping 101. PE is tough. Good luck.

Search Ulis. You can do these in several variations (pick the one you like) and combine them with your jelking. They don’t cause so much stress and are good for girth increase.

I would also like to recommend you try some clamping. Go slow though and make sure to only do 5 minute sets the first week so your used to it.

Yup, I didn’t make my first post until Novemeber but I read posts on these forums and did PE for 3 months before this.

I’m going to try adding Uli’s into my routine for a while. I do plan on doing horses eventually but I’ll probably save them for further down the line. I don’t know if I want to clamp yet. I’d like to see if I can reach my goal (adding 1x1 in) with my hands only. Using things like clamps, weights, etc. Just bothers me and I won’t do it until I can’t get any results with my hands anymore.
