Idea for design of extender tied to knee

I have never used the extenders that fasten at the knee, but someone commented that the drawback was that sitting versus standing changed the tension too much.

My idea is that a long piece of elastic could be threaded back and forth several times between the head of the penis and the knee over pulleys. Stretching this long piece of elastic an extra inch or so as a person changes from sitting to standing would be a smaller change in tension because the elastic strap is much longer.

Maybe there is something like that which already exists?

It wouldn’t hurt to try. You can buy small pulleys at hardware stores or eBay.

I really liked the "Gear Keeper" devices. They’re a box with a spring, like a tape measure. They maintain a constant force from a few ounces to a couple of pounds, so the tension doesn’t change as you move around. But last I looked they topped out at 2.5 pounds, and you’d have to run more than one to get more tension. Plus they’re expensive.

Around-the-waist is definitely the best way to go for an ADS.

Hmmm, that’s an interesting thought. I had been thinking about buying something for $100-$200 which deterred me. Maybe I can rig something with what I already own.

I guess I can try for myself, but I imagined that wearing blue jeans with a belt would not work for around-the-waist stretching?

Depends on the waist height and fit. If you get away from jeans, lots of modern pants are cut very loosely given their waist size.

My ADS pulls the vacuum cap over into the crease near my hipbone. In ordinary-fitting pants, Mrs. Andy says she doesn’t see anything, and I’ve never had anyone give me a second look.

I could wear a kilt. My grandfather would be proud of me. ;)

I still haven’t been able to figure out my cheapo ebay stretcher that could potentially go around the waist. There is a big learning curve for me unfortunately.

Essentially, you have an elastic strap. It’s looped around a ring around the base of your penis. D-rings or one of those strap adjuster things let you vary the length of the loop. A hook - one could be bent from heavy wire - slides on the loop, with the hook part going into the ring of the vacuum cap.

You slide the ring down to your base, pull the elastic strap around behind you, and connect the sliding hook to the vacuum cap. You repeat that until you get the desired amount of tension.

Wear it pulled to the left one day, to the right the next.

You don’t need a lot of tension. It’s not an extender; it’s an All-Day Stretcher, and its task is basically just to keep your shaft extended so that it recovers from PE in its extended state.
