If the extension of the penis is successful, why do not implant two handles above the cavernous body of the penis and make the flexible handle pull the cavernous body for extension? After 6 months, the handles are removed

I am not sure I understand your question but I do think it pertains to a surgery of the penis. A main concern of any surgery is the scar tissue resulting from the procedure. Scar tissue tends to inhibit penis growth.
