Circumcision it’s not common here in South America, and I’ve met few that had an adult foreskin removal and weren’t happy at all due to the sensitivity loss.

I don’t really give a shit to how it looks circumcised, I just pull the skin back when it’s erect. Sensitivity it’s much more important in my opinion.

Yep I’ve had the sensitivity loss as well, the end of my glans has no feeling at all, wish doctors would suggest stretching or partial circumcision first. Yea its not common here in the UK either.
