I'm I on the right track or should I change something?

I’ve been doing manual stretches for a little over a month now. My first question is, have I increased my stretch time to fast? I started at about 15-20 minutes the first 2 weeks but didn’t feel this was doing anything. So I started doing 20-25mins and and then I increased again so I’ve been doing 30-35 mins the last week or so. I think my flaccid hangs maybe a little better more often but I’m not even sure.. My erect gains are inconsistent, I sometime mesure 0,2 inches over my pre PE mesurement but most of the time it is 6 inches NBPEL just like before. I’m sure that I never mesured over 6 NBPEL before but because the 0,2” is so inconsistent I just have no idea. So what do you all think about this?

Having said that unless a veteran chimes in with sage advice, I would say stop and rest for 48 hours and get your measurements in order so you have something to compare to. Unless I misinterpreted, you seem to be guessing if you are having any results, baseline measurements will be the “proof of the pullin” sorry couldn’t resist.

You can’t get consistent measurements using NBPEL as the fat pad can vary throughout the day. BPEL is used because it’s the only way we can measure length reliably, without an everchanging fat pad variable. The fat pad may change with water retention and temperature, for example.

Only use BPEL to monitor length gains from now on. And you’ve probably gained roughly .1-.2 inch, granted you haven’t lost any bodyfat. I say this because you’re swaying between your old measure and above it, but not below it (which would suggest you’re the same measurement give or take .1). Assuming your old measurement was a fair average. However, there’s no way to know for sure, so get onto that BPEL and you’ll know for sure next time.

How long have you been jelqing Lenny? I’m up to a month of PE spending every day of the week stretching in various ways, kegeling/dld blasting every 4 days and jelqing newbie style (100+ 2days/1day rest). Still haven’t seen much improvement other than harder erections any tips man?

I’m one of those that believe that length work also requires rest days, so the first tip would be to take rest days in the sense of, no PE at all during those days.

PE is all about expansion. It’s easy to create length expansion by grabbing and pulling, by hanging, by traction. They all do the same thing. You are stretching out the tissues in the length direction. Expansion in the girth direction isn’t as simple because it needs to be done from the inside with outward pressure created by blood engorgement. The exception is pumping, which is creating an external force for outward expansion in all directions at the same time. Think of blowing up a balloon for the first time. Usually you give it a couple good stretches before trying to expand it with air from the inside. It’s similar with PE. Alternating manual stretches and jelqing gives you the best of both worlds. My advice would be to not focus so much on the numbers of reps. Set a timer instead. Try jelqing and stretching in the dark or with your eyes shut. Use your mind to really feel inside of your penis and what is happening. Let it guide what you do with your hands. Remember that it’s all about expansion in two directions. You just need to find out what works best for you body by listening to it and feeling what’s happening. Do 10 minutes, then reheat and do another 10 minutes. Mix it up. Work on quality over quantity at first. Find the best form for you and your unique dick. Take it slow.

WOW thank you so much my apologies for the late reply have been trying to focus on school for a while and master the PE knowledge/routines I’ve gone through but this is a huge help I’ll definitely be adjusting my workouts and see how the results vary once again thank you!

I think the time advance is fine, just ensure you are warming up with a cloth or rice bag in advance. This helps condition the stretch.
