I'm I on the right track or should I change something?
I’ve been doing manual stretches for a little over a month now. My first question is, have I increased my stretch time to fast? I started at about 15-20 minutes the first 2 weeks but didn’t feel this was doing anything. So I started doing 20-25mins and and then I increased again so I’ve been doing 30-35 mins the last week or so. I think my flaccid hangs maybe a little better more often but I’m not even sure.. My erect gains are inconsistent, I sometime mesure 0,2 inches over my pre PE mesurement but most of the time it is 6 inches NBPEL just like before. I’m sure that I never mesured over 6 NBPEL before but because the 0,2” is so inconsistent I just have no idea. So what do you all think about this?
