I’m new to PEing and there’s something that confuses me even though I’ve read about it like 8 times already. How exactly do you work your tunica? Straight up or straight down? Or some other way? A little help please.

I’ve worked past my newbie routine, so could I get an answer on what specific exercises to do to stretch the tunica?

I am trying to think of a PE exercise that does _not_ stretch the tunica in some manner.

I have one hand down my pants stretching my tunica even as I type this!


Running a Massive Co-Front.

If you have short ligs (or high connected ligs) then pulling up during your stretch will target the tunica more. But as a8 said, all the exercises stretch the tunica to some extent.

How many WPM can you type with one hand down your pants iamaru? It would have taken me an hour to write that one sentence. :D
