I'm New Here from Africa - Questions about Manuel Stretching HELP

I’m from Africa, and I’m new here. I always wanted to try PE, never had the chance due to the fact that I don’t want to injure myself, there is no health care of a good hospital, no updated urologist who knows about PE, it’s really though. I’m planning my escape from this Fucked up continent. When I’ll quiet it I’ll give 100% to PE for good, at least in Europe / US there is a good health care.

Anyways, I just wanna know if there is a very safe method, I can use to increase my length ?

According to my guess, I believe there is this Manuel Stretch I can use that will help if I stick to it! I’m planning to do so, I’m planning to follow my routine, and I need the veterans approval:

- a little warm up to begin with

- a Helicopter spinning
- Stretching for 10 seconds each direction ( Straight,Up,Down,Left,Right) for the first weeks.
- a Helicopter spinning when finishing

- a little warm up to finish with

I’ll be doing this 3 times a week and rest for the other days!

My questions:
How long does the conditioning take ?
Should I do this once or twice a day ?
And finally how long it takes to see improvement in length ?

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button.. Lots of good information on what the Thunders is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

[ Stretch Only ] ~ What Is The Best Routine ?

I want to improve my Length, I want have a longer P**** - I have a little fear when it comes to Jelqing, due to our bad Hospitals.in here and the Bad health care, I’m trying to avvoid Injuries as much as I can.

I’ll stick to Length, My question is what do you suggest me ?

- Usually I do a certain type of Edging, so taht I can last longer ( for my dream ) - I created my own version of Fleshlight and I use it with some lube so that I can increase the time to last longer, I also downloaded porn clips only mp3 Audios!

I use them when using the Fleshlight, It helps atay focus and not ejaculate even though I’m listening to Porn Moaning.

I don’t watch Porn! I’m using it to improve my sexuality, listening only to the Audios while using the Fleshlight.

I also use the Pomodoro Technique so that I can measure my productivity over a relapse of time.

I’m willing to start Long P**** Affirmation so that my subconscious believes that, I’ll also start a Pornstar Journal, I will be talking about my daily progress and future self.

What do you think ? And what are ypur suggestions ? And any tips around my Routine, I would be really really glad, Thank you, You guys are the experts I’m just a student! Thanks.

Is Manuel Stretching Dangerous ?

I’m starting a new PE program based on ” The beginner Program in here and exluding the Jelquing Part! “

My question here - Is Manuel Stretching Dangerous if done properly ?

If there is any tutorial on Manuel Stretching I’ll be glad, I guess I’ll stick to the Beginner Program for the first 6 Months for now.

I’m open for advices.

“If done properly” I would say it is not dangerous. In my opinion manual exercises are always less dangerous, than devices. I’ve done only manual exercises over almost ten years, never had any injury.

For instructions see videos section. Any kind of manual exercises are explained and demonstrated.

Hi and welcome. Nice to meet you. Lots of success with your efforts.

I would recommend you to do manual stretches, short sessions, many times through the day until you feel fatigue and to give your penis some of 1 or 2 days rest afterwards. Heat your penis in a cup of warm water as hot as you can bear, that makes your penis soft and ready for stretch. If you have a foreskin, pull it back and grab your penis right behind the glans and pull it forwards. Hold for some 30 seconds, give a short rest and repeat. Continue for 5 to 10 minutes. You can do such short sessions each time you go to the bathroom. You can do this without heat, but I recommend to add it.

You will see that your penis remains longer when flaccid. In time it will get permanently longer, even erect. You can try to stretch in different directions, upwards, downwards, to the left and to the right. Try to figure out how much stretch is effective yet safe. Actually you won’t hurt yourself with this exercise, still you shouldn’t overdo it. You should have nice results in the beginning. After getting used to do regularly PE you can add diffrent exercises. But for a month you should be fine with these.
