This is painful yet rewarding for me. This will be the third time I have tried to do PE. I’ve done it consistently for about 5 months and saw no gains and gave up. I thought to myself that everyone on every penis forum is bots and I’m the only human(hahaha, not literally). Well anyway, a lot of things have changed in my life and I want to give this another try from a different approach. Before when I did PE I drank everyday, smoked almost two packs a day, ate whatever I wanted, and never worked out. Well I don’t drink hardly ever(maybe a beer or two a week), I’m down to one pack a day, I don’t eat fried or greasy foods, and I do some running a couple times a week. I’ve seen a a lot of people on this forum doing what seems to be a million different things to increase their size. I don’t like having all of the options b/c I don’t know which on to pick. So I am asking you guys with experience to give me a routine to follow. My schedule is pretty flexible, so time or days aren’t really a issue to do my workout. So if anyone here has any suggestions please feel free to make suggestions.

I have read that doing jelqs, eating healthy, and taking supplements are the best things to do. Then I see pumping, work out and take supplements, etc etc etc.

Yep and post your past routine and when did you stop PE you might have to condition your unit again before doing more advanced exercises.

I am closer to quitting, I can’t say I will do it tomorrow but I have been able to control my cravings a lot better. A pack can usually last me up to 3 to 4 days when I stick to it.

Mr jocobo, what would you suggest as far as conditioning? Like a beginners routine?

Have you seen a doctor about quitting? They’re are a few prescription drugs available that might really help you.

I have not seen a doctor before about quitting, but if I can’t stop by the end of this year I will be going to a doctor for help. I think that if I get back into PE that would help encourage me to quit b/c I would much rather have results over a craving.

Well if you had a long break it would be wise to condition your unit again.

I started gaining when I implemented orange bends in my newbie routine they seem to really work for me. I am still a newbie but I would recommend the basic newbie routine witch orange bends for 2-3 months before more advanced exercises like clamping, hanging and watch your PE indicators are you familiar with those?

Maybe you weren’t jelqing properly someone described jelqing as squeezing out honey of a stick with your fingers I think it’s a good metaphor.

I hope someone more competent will give you advice soon.

It would be really helpful if you would describe what kind of PE have you done in the past.

I’m familiar with clamping and hanging, but not indicators. I used to clamp in my routine.

My old routine was
5 min warm up
Stretch penis under ball and back towards butt and sit down for ten mins
400 wet jelqs
Clamp for ten mins
Edge(sometimes)

I did this three days on one day off.

I want to say that I have the jelqing concept down and I believe I was doing each stroke right. My problem before is I was doing everything positive and negative at the same time. I was going through some rough times in my life and fell into alcohol and I would drink and smoke like a sailor. I got out of that funk and now I’ve turned it around. I wasn’t going to touch PE anymore thinking that it was all a lie, but I was burning my own bridge. I have a new and more positive approach at life in general and I think that will help with PE as well.

So as a newbie again(shakes head) would this be a good routine to start off with?
5-10 mins routine
5-10 min stretches
200 wet jelqs
Edge
Warm down

My biggest problem is I don’t know what is a good routine. I don’t know if I should do one day on one day off or two on one off.suggestions?

I think it’s a good routine to start It’s very similar to my own starting routine but this 5-10 mins routine before stretches means warm up right.

Maybe you were overdoing it last time I suggest to read about the indicators: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

I believe that if the indicators are positive that means that your routine is good.

The title of this thread is a bit misleading, that’s why you had few replies.

Smoking or no will do about not difference for pure gains, but will help your EQ and general health.

If you are starting again after a long hiatus, you should do just the newbie routine, no clamping or advanced exercises. Keep in mind that there is no way to take back the lost time or speed up things.

Take accurate measurements - BPEL, EG, BPFSL. Be consistent and have faith. Start a progress report and write down what you do and any related information. I’m sure someone will chime in giving advices. If after a few months you don’t see improvements, then will be time to think about changing something.

Great advice guys, I really appreciate it and I will be making some changes and data reports on my progress through out the time period.
