I am a dumb ass college kid, what does an implant replace in the penis? What has to be scooped out so that it will fit? I assume this is a diabetic implant? Is this the kind that inflates or pumps?

Yes its a diabetic Pump and yes I’m semi hard at all times, just need to pump to get full hard.
I don’t want to damage very expensive but would like to increase head size if nothing else

The corpus spongiosa is continuous with the head. I suppose it would be possible to figure some way to jelq just the cs without damaging the implant. But me, I’m chicken. I wouldn’t risk it.

I can’t give you any advice better than what you’ve all ready had:

Yes it effected it lost a good inch and head does not get anywhere near hard now.

The tissues of the glans do not respond in the same way as the rest of the penis does to jelqing and other PE exercises. It is very resistant to change. It can temporarily get larger with a normal erection, but returns to its original shape when the penis is flaccid. It’s rubbery and balloon-like. That makes it difficult to make any permanent changes. I’m afraid you’ll have to accept it, especially in light of your statement that it doesn’t significantly harden with erections. That’s a pretty good indication that the diabetes has decreased your penile circulation to a severe degree.
