There is one thing you can do to add benefit and time to your routine to help ensure gains.
Whenever I have plenty of time, I do not change my actual routine time, like Titleist said there’s nothing good that comes with over doing it, but what you can do is add extra heat time.
Add more warming up time in the beginning of your routine, add it between stretches and/or jelqs, add it as much as you can to your routine. This may help unlock some gains.
