I’ve been doing PE for a long time now but for some reason I’m not getting the results that I’m looking for; in fact I’m not getting any results. Yeah I gained some veins from it but that’s pretty much it. I constantly changed routines. Currently my routine is:

10 min warmup
PC crunch 100 reps
PC long haul- 5 reps( 20 seconds each)
Basic stretch in all directions
Flaccid bends -5 each (10 second hold)
Ulis- 2 holds (45 seconds each)
10 minute jelq
3 minute V jelq
2 minute side jelq
And basically PC then warm down

I figured I’m either doing something wrong or it’s just not meant for me to get the size I have been yearning for; I’m hoping it’s the first option. Anyway, this is my first time here and I’m hoping you guys can share some knowledge with me on how you all came upon your success. Also please share some routines that was guaranteed to work for you.

I’m really looking for GIRTH but gaining length wouldn’t hurt either. But really.. I NEED THE GIRTH. I can do length later because my length is about 6 inches; and I’m looking for about 1 inch and a half in length. But the girth is really needed! I know I said it a lot but that’s because it’s seriously needed. By the way I do smoke but not as much as the average smoker. I know I shouldn’t be smoking, but if anyone has knowledge on if that can be affecting my gains please share as well.

Well my advice would be to get an extender just because there is a clearer protocol to it than many of the other methods mentioned in this forum.Do I think jelqing, stretching, pumping, clamping work, yes definitely, but sometimes people might be stretching too hard or too soft, jelqing the wrong way or wrong erection and its kind of hard to determine that.Whereas with an extender following the protocol isn’t that hard, first month extend at 600gr and measure.If you don’t gain a bit from that then I don’t know.

You say you’ve been doing PE a long time yet you only have 1 post? Were you a lurker?

My first impression is you don’t have enough time under tension. The only effective gain exercises I see you are doing are “2” Ulis, Basic stretch (Which you didn’t include how long or what kind of stretch), and some jelqing.

All you’re going to gain from jelqing alone is better erection quality, more pronounced veins, which you just stated, and better recovery if you’re doing successful length and girth exercises.

For length you need to focus on stretching. To gain from Manuals Thoughtful Gold is much more experienced to weigh in and sure he will once he has time to scan the forums. But I’m sure at least 15mintues of manual stretching would be required to gain from manuals alone. For me length gains come from at least 60minutes of traction from a hanger (I use a BIB Starter).

For girth Ulis are GREAT, but only two? How about at least 10 with your 45second squeezes. Of course if you can’t handle that I don’t advocate hurting yourself, but pushing yourself and hurting yourself aren’t comparable.

All the other exercises you listed like PC crunch I’m guessing is a kegel? Those are great for erection control, hardness, preventing premature ejaculation, and even shooting your cum further, but not so much direct gains. Now with the kegals I WOULD recommend something like during your uli’s kegaling to push more blood in. That will indirectly help gains, but a kegel alone in my opinion isn’t going to.

**Side note V Jelq may help with width or girth but I’ll leave the to TG to weigh in. I have little experience with that exercise. But still, 2minutes is weak to me.**

Thanks for your input. But yes I’ve tried an extender but it’s just not for me and I also tried pumping but not for a long time. I just might go back to the bathmate. But for now I want to see how much I can gain without any devices. Appreciate it.

Thanks for your input. But yes I’ve been doing kegels whilst doing the Ulis exercise.I’m going to try doing more as you stated. By the way for the Basic Stretch I do Once to the left, right, up, straight out, down, and rotate stretches to the left and to the right. I do 25 kegels for each one and then I move on to the flaccid bends. I will try what you’ve suggested. Hopefully it helps.

If anyone else has some tips or more I’ll be glad to hear them.

Well if you tried everything else and you really want it then go for clamping, it has caused some EQ issues but some people apparently don’t get EQ issues.I believe it causes fibrosis but I have gained.As of now I’m looking for a girl to test my EQ and trying to stop masturbating to see an improvement.Do some reading on clamping seems promising for some.

Get a Leluv pump with gauge and start 10 minute sessions. Every other day. Add 1!minute a week at only 3hg. Wrap a heating pad around the tube also. Pay attention to your PIs and relax and gain. Worked for me and a lot of others. Don’t us the bath mate. Way too much pressure! Will overtrain you.

Hey guys. I was wondering, what kind of injuries can you get from PE? I mean really serious injuries. Not minor ones such as red dots (Not that any injuries to your dick is something to take lightly).

But I mean things such as damaging your urethra. And if so what are the symptoms of a damaged urethra or any other injury that can be very threatening? Thanks in advance. I’m hoping to hear any experiences so that I can hopefully avoid any of these problems.

Well from my experience jelqing but putting force all around has given my EQ issues and some sensitivity issues where I would ejaculate from a blowjob and that never happened before not even close, so that ruined my sex life for sometime.Then recently clamping has decreased my EQ and lost some length but given me some girth.After some time the jelqing problem went away but now I still have a decrease EQ issue but cialis helps.

Hey steinroid I’m thinking about giving what you suggested a go. I have a few questions. How often should I pump ? Can I pump after I finish my regular routine ? Does the leluv pump require water like the bathmate ? And can I get one off of Amazon ?

Are you using heat before and during your exercises?

For me it has made a difference between negligent gains and dealing with injuries, and having real, verified by my wife gains, and no injuries.
