Inconsistency
Hello, I’m new to PE and been doing the standard newbie routine for 3 weeks. Well I try to with 2 days on 1 day rest but some days I fall asleep before I get to it (I usually do the routine before I sleep) so I have 1 day on 1 day off. Sometimes I may even have 3 days off in a row.
Will this inconsistency affect my gains? Or is it much more recommended that I stick with 2 days on 1 day off.
