Anyone out there know how to increase the size of your glans by any manual exercises?

Also if anyone has, what is your before and after size, and period it took, and how often you did these exercises?

“Here is an exercise I have been working with for a while that has helped me enlarge the Glans of my unit. Newbies shouldn’t do this type of Jelq until at least their third month of conditioning, it is rather intense and you need to fully understand your limits. Everyone should be very careful and start out light until you fully know whats going on.

Start with less than a 30% erection level at the base with a regular OK grip and Jelq straight up, use a slightly firmer grip to offset the lower erection level. You shouldn’t feel any expansion in the shaft area, if you do you maybe too erect. Slide your grip almost all the way up to the Glans and then increase the grip a little more and hold as if doing a stretch. To help maintain your grip you can include all four fingers once you get to this point. I hold this stretch against my abdomen for a good 5-10 seconds while keeping good pressure below the Glans. As you start your lower grip and move up the shaft let it push the top grip away to keep the pressure constant in the Glans. If the top grip starts slipping too close to your Glans then go ahead and start the next stroke to keep the Glans engorged, do not Jelq your Glans.

The sensation of this type of Jelq is different than the regular Jelq, you should feel a good stretch in the shaft area while feeling pressure only in the Glans area. These are done best while standing. Make sure you use plenty of lube during this exercise to help keep a good smooth steady motion of your strokes. You also may want to do a quick warmup before starting just to be on the safe side. Doing this exercise after your regular routine will help with keeping the lower erection level that is required. Don’t get in a hurry, I start off slow and end up slower at the end of the routine. Only start out with about 5 reps or about 2 minutes for a week or so then add about one more rep a week until your up to around 15 reps or 5 minutes. When you say 5 reps a week, do you mean to incorporate this into the newbie routine 2 days on 1 day off? Also while I’m doing the newbie routine or having a few hours break and do this routine?

Mr Jacobo, I hope the newbie routine does that for me too :) . I am currently 12cm(4.7inches) girth around the corona of the glans.

Anyone know what a good size for glans and shaft is would be, while keeping pleasure for myself. Mid Erect girth is 14cm (5.51inches) and Base Erect is 15cm(5.90inches). How do I weight up currently?

Increasing glans is tough. You can look up ‘sadsak head exercise’ and that’s one thing that people try, but I never had much success with it.

I just tried these recently and had good expansion. Make a tourniquet grip about 1 inch behind the glans while at 50% or less erection. Slightly relax the grip and kegel in some blood, then re-tighten the grip (this whole step should take about 1 second) It should feel like some blood gets forced past your grip, and then you seal it off again. Repeat kegeling in blood until the glans is fully engorged. Now gently pull your tourniquet grip toward the glans for maximum expansion. It’s basically a 1 inch maximum expansion dry jelq on the tip of the shaft only. This is probably not newbie friendly, so be very gentle, and do a very low number of reps to start out. Start with 3-5 reps and see how that feels after a few workouts before doing more. I just figured out how to do them last week, so I can’t say that they work, but they do expand the glans to the maximum without working the rest of the shaft.

You got some good girth and the desirable tree trunk / traffic cone tapered shape. Average girth is around 4.9 - 5.0” and slight taper is a good thing, and even better if you can get a big helmet on top of it.

Do the Sadsak Head Exercise and be consistant. It helped me because my head increased in size with my shaft

The circumference around the coronal ridge from meatus around and back to meatus on my glans is 6.5 inches. When I get a very firm erection the glans is very hard.
