Increasing Penis's "range of motion"?

Increasing Penis's "range of motion"?

Yesterday I read a study they said we could increase our Elbow / Knee’s ROM (range of motion) by enlongation the tendon, ligs, fascia…in the joint. The therapy uses a low force accompanied with a slow, progressively increased stretch (called stress-relaxation, we all knew that). Creep method also works but it requires a much longer time to archive larger ROM and tissue elongation.

From wikipedoa (don’t be discouraged guys ;) ) the ROM definition is: “As used in the biomedical and weightlifting communities, range of motion refers to the distance and direction a joint can move between the flexed position and the extended position. The act of attempting to increase this distance through therapeutic exercises (range of motion therapy—stretching from flexion to extension for physiological gain) is also sometimes called range of motion.”

So I have a question: Is our penies the same like our joint? I mean: the joints move between the flexed and extended position, why wouldn’t our penises be similar?. The dicks move between the flaccid and erect position - (called the penis’s ROM). My thoughts: because when the dick moves from flaccid to erect, it expands in both length and girth, so to archive a larger ROM - i.e a larger erected cock - (not just longer BPFSL alone), we must do both length and girth exercises together, and utilize stress-relaxation method in both kind of exercise. what you guys thinks about this? (forgive my bad english :( )

I was with you all the way to the end there, but there is no reason why you have to work both length and girth.

I am familiar with that study about static progressive stretch, it was performed on people who had connective tissue contratractures in their elbow joints. The device was applied intermittently each day three times for thirty minutes. It produced a permanent increase in the resting length and stretched length of connective tissue, faster than any creep-based method, and older stress relaxation-based methods. But there is nothing in there that would lead me to believe one should work both length and girth.

Wikipedia’s definition of ROM is incorrect. That definition only applies to joint movement taking place in the sagital plane (extension and flexion), there are way more ways joints can move (abduction, adduction, horizontal abduction, horizontal adduction, rotation, protraction, retraction). That isn’t really important, but Wikipedia really let me down there.

I guess your right, roots. focus on only one factor at a time seems to be the best way to go.

No, no, I didn’t mean that. Just that you can still gain focusing on one or the other. I definitely think men can gain doing both together though.
