Indicators of a true hard flaccid

How can you tell if you’ve got the hard flaccid problem exactly?

1. Pain?
2. What level of EQ loss? What if I can still get hard, but may really be not “rock” hard (I.e. A little tired)
3. How hard does it feel for it to be hard flaccid? Compared to what?

I ask, because I did a fairly hard set yesterday, and my dick is a little firmer flaccid than normal, not nice and fluffy. I’m on a rest day. I’m not terribly concerned. I just want to know what to watch out for or avoid.

Let’s say I do have a borderline firm flaccid and I’ve overworked it. What indicators would I see that would let me know it’s OK to resume my routine?

Allow me to rephrase: What’s the optimum flaccid texture for gains after, let’s say a couple good workouts? How should I feel exactly?

I’d like to hear from those who felt like they were in the zone and actually gained, preferrably length first, girth second.

What did your dick feel like? Details please. Did it feel like a green banana or a ripe banana. Use your imagination.

I have the same doubt. Sometimes my flaccid is a little firm but not rock hard. I “cool down” instead of “warm down” maybe that’s a factor?

1. Perhapes at first, I always used to get an inflammation type of burning pain after masturbation or waking up.

2. This is an easy answer, but doesn’t indicate firm flaccid. An erection will be hard to maintain without constant stimulation. The glans will not hold blood. If you use your finger you can block the dorsal vein and they will fill, but as soon as you release it the glans will shrink immediatley. Erection is hard to keep when standing also. Over EQ is perhapes 70%-80% generally, 90% at best during stimulation and 95% at the time of ejaculation.

3. You should be able to tell as sometimes your penis will be normal. Spongey and soft, while other times it will feel like your penis is a piece of rubber and everywhere inbetween those two states.

My recommendation is to stop all PE until it is no longer firm in the flaccid state, and then another week. Use warm ups often to relax your unit and promote healing. I have been dealing with firm flaccid for some time now and as of yet there is no cure or any form of solid evidence that you can recover once you have it.

With that said, I think some firm flaccid is a result of overtraining and will go away shortly. However for my case and several others it is more of an injury.

Thanks for the input. What if, at the end of my rest day, I’m pretty much back to fluffy flaccid, 100% EQ? I kind of think I didn’t really reach “hard flaccid” as it is referred to.

Am I OK to resume the next day? Should I have not gone quite as hard to begin with? Should I wait 2 days?

Note that what I’m really trying to do is get in the zone. Help me get in the zone.

This is the reason for the Newbie Routine. Slowly conditioning yourself to work up to more intense routines. The human penis is very resilient. It is very hard to injure yourself using only manual routines, if you have a healthy dick going in.

All these concerns over a firm flaccid escape me. My dick always feels firm after a workout. Firm fat and hideously veined, not to mention about four shades darker than my body. I actually like it this way, but I have always practiced aggressive PE.

The secret is how to take the controlled damage we inflict to the max without crossing the point that causes injury. If you push the envelope you are going to have a firm, sore, swollen, throbbing knob, most of the time.

There is a fine line between a well worked unit and an injured one. Every dick has a different fail-safe point; you just have to find yours.

Pastor, I am no PE professional, but in my opinion you should go as easy as possible especially in the first few months of PE. That means giving extra time for any injuries to heal that you may have.

Big Girtha, the firmness as noted in my case goes along with reduced EQ and flaccid size in some of us guys that otherwise should be completley healthy given our age and lifestyles.

Don’t get me wrong, I do understand your point, but “as easy as possible” is quite literally doing next to nothing. I don’t think that’s going to put me in the zone. I’m looking for a set of indicators over time that has worked for the majority of fairly fast gainers. I may not be a fast gainer over the next year, but I’d like to try to be. My instincts say that that doesn’t mean “take it easy”, but I will certainly listen to my body and adjust, which may mean cutting back if I sense that I’m overworking my unit.

Still feeling this thing out.
