Introduction And Beginners Question For Girth
First of all, greetings to everyone, and thank you guys for providing this community!
After absorbing a lot of knowledge and doing some jelqs on and off half heartedly, I have more questions than answers. I want to do this the right way, for safe progress, and hope this thread will help me to clarify my basics.
Ok so, my routine since 20 days is:
5 min manual warm up.
5-10 min half errect with upward angle full hand press at the base, then bending left and right and full hand press at the base for 4 seconds.
10-15 min jelqs with olive oil.
3 x 20 kegels for 5 sec, 3 x 10 reverse kegels for 5 sec in the course of the day.
3 days PE 1 day rest.
I never put too much pressure on my dick, it never hurts and I have got no discoloration yet.
Now to my questions:
Yesterday I I felt that my dick got a bit harder at the upper two thirds when flaccid, is that normal or mild hard flaccid? Or am I on the way to the baseball bat shape? I try to start at the utmost base of the penis, but thats the results so far.
I feel good about doing PE, I like how my member looks mightier afterwards, and I am on nofap noporn, which works fine for me, but after much forum lecture I think I am overdoing it with the exercise before the jelqs (for which I have no name yet).
I am not really interrested in lenght with 6,7 inch, I only want more girth, as much as I can add with a reasonable amount of time per day.
So I think I will start today with the newbie routine from this forum, but can some experienced members answer my questions and tell me a bit about how to best start a good girth routine?
