As title suggest when I perform kegels my penis (flaccid) contracts inward slightly as if the penis is being pulled internally (*note that penis returns to natural state once I stop the kegel*)
I acutely see this same inward contraction when erect (knocks off around 1/2cm from length measurement).
May be totally normal idk, but It’d be helpful if anyone can chime in on the topic.

As you’re kegeling flaccid it ordinarily contracts inward, if you’re erect and you’re paying close attention you should notice the head swell up indicating there’s more blood in the unit.
