IR heat lamp and Vacu-hanging

Hi guys,

So I’m a few weeks into my hanging routine and all seems to be going well. However the more I read the more it seems like I’m missing out on a trick by not having a heat source (lamp seems ideal) to keep my old man toasty during my sessions.

The vacu-hanger is amazing but I do still get cold after longer sessions. I only hang 4lbs at the moment but basically hand on and off all day. So, my questions:

1) For those that hang with a heat source.. Is it really all it’s cracked up to be as compared to hanging with no heat source?

2) Is there any impact on the silicon sleeves from constant exposure to IR?

3) Is it possible to hang for longer unbroken periods with an IR heat source? (Does it promote circulation or just loosen/relax connective tissue?)

The coldness is due to the reduced circulation in the penis. The heat is only useful for loosen/relaxing the tissue as you mintioned.

Heating your penis with an out source heating, without normal blood circulation for long period of time, is not good practice. Because out source Heating can’t replace the necessity of normal worm blood flowing freely.

I’ve read a few negative reviews of heat lamps on TP, so I’m going to stick with something microwavable. Those lamps can be expensive too!

Can you point me in their direction or tell me generally what the criticisms were? I couldn’t find them when I searched.

Exposure from IR lamps should not exceed 20 mins per day according to manufacturer recommendations. I don’t think they would make a good heating source for hanging.

I actually couldn’t find them either hmm. But I seem to remember reading a few testimonials saying that their lamps weren’t heating enough. Maybe it was just the type though, there are positive reviews out there.
