I was a skeptic at first also. I knew that there had to be something out there that could possibly help, and I had no interest in surgery (primarily because of the horror stories I read about in the past). My wife and I have amazing sex, so I also didn’t want to do anything that would jeopardize that.
Then I came across this great site. Man, the information is here if you take the time and search for it. Some gain, some don’t. In the 3 months of doing the newbie routine, I was “fairly” dedicated to it. I do have to say that I could have done a better job with it, but I still saw some small gains. The wife noticed it too, so that made it even better.
This is the best piece of advice that I got when I started, so I’ll pass it along to you as well: Don’t measure again until you are 3 months into it. The last thing you want to do is measure too soon, see no gains, and get frustrated.
Another poster on this great site made the following statement, and I can’t remember who it was or I’d give them credit. They compared gaining through PE to watching children grow. You know they are growing, but you don’t see it on a day-to-day basis. It’s true. I thought for sure that I would see greater gains in EG than in BPEL because of my wife noticing a difference in the fullness of my dick. Well, I was wrong. Those subtle gains in both EL and EG, over another 3-6 months just might become more noticeable.
