Is bathmate hydromax x20 good? How to know if it’s not a fake one?

I’m from brazil and found a website selling the hydromax X20 for a reasonable low price compared to the price i saw here (170 dollars for a hydromax 7).

i’m thinking about buying it after seeing so many good reviews and gains using this device, but i’m worried if this is an original bathmate or a fake one. This price is pretty good.
