Is it necessary to feel fatigue after stretching

Hi guys, I’m asking if it’s necessary to feel fatigue after stretching.

I’m doing stretching for 10 min every day, may be that time is too low to feel anything after this.

Do you know how it feels when you stretch your muscles and the fatigued feel you get from it?
That’s it (mostly).

On a sidenote: Stay away from getting a feeling that on your other muscles point to a stretch too strong.

Yes. I have to feel fatigued or I won’t gain anything.

Agreed. Your unit should definitely feel “worked” but not painful or weak. It should feel like your legs feel after 30 minutes on the bike.

That’s hard to tell for me. I do feel worked out, but not like the feeling of riding a bike.

No it is not necessary in my opinion. I strongly believe you can do more harm than good by straining too much. Great avatar fauxreal.

I’m doing martial arts, so I know how a sore muscle do feels like.

When it comes to pe, I never felt any soreness or something like that. The penis is not a muscle, so I wonder how anybody can say it should feel like after a normal work out or running.

Well,
a) the penis consists out of smooth muscle (veins anyone? ;) ) as well
and
b) I never said it should feel EXACTLY like after a normal workout

These are simply rough pointers.. I mean come on.. Describe a feeling that hasn’t a word (yet?) in words :)
