I’ve been doing PE for about 2 months or so, basically following the newbie routine to the letter. However, I recently realized that because I’m uncut, the stretching that I’ve done has focused way too much on the skin and not enough on the ligs and tunica. So, over the last couple days, I’ve pulled my foreskin back and tried every grip I can think of that would avoid a lot of skin stretching, but they all feel like I’m about to rip the head of my penis off.

So, I’m thinking of buying a VacExtender. Is using one of these devices okay for a newbie, if he only (at first) plans to use them for manual exercises (e.g. ten 30-second stretches in routine)? Should I be worried about fluid buildup, or does that only apply to people wearing the device for extended periods of time? Can I get away with buying this package or should I buy the whole thing ?

If you get that feeling using your hands then you will also get it using the vacextender.

For the present I would suggest you continue with the exercises but take it easy and let your penis be conditioned to the new form of exercise you are doing. As your glans gets used to the hendling you can gradually build up the power which then will enab;e you to more comfortably use the extender. Otherwise I think you will be disappointed with the extender and put it away unused.

Give it time and you will be rewarded .

The way most uncut guys (like me) do the stretchings is by pulling the skin backwards first to get it out of the way, then grab right behind the glans and pull. This way the tension will have an impact on the ligaments and the tunica (depending on the angle).
