Is it possible to gain 2" in length and less than 1" in girth?

Hi, dear friends. As the title says. I’d like to know if it’s possible to gain 2” in length and less than 1” in girth. I’m a 28yo dude with a 14.5-14.8cm/5.7-5.85” BPEL and 5.12”/13cm MSEG dick. I’m obese 115kg (125kg before. 36% bf and 3-4cm fat pad and 1.74m tall. Though losing weight by now) and I have some EQ issues like losing my erection when standing and decreasing my erection to 80-75% while penetrating in bed (have to masturbate to get erect again). I’m about to get checked by and andrologist to get properly diagnosed. I’ve been using 5mg Cialis since October 2019 (not daily just once a week or once per 2 weeks, before sex) and improved a lot my EQ as expected. Though I think I need to check more things like hormones and stuff.

I said all this just so you know where I’m at right now. I’ve always felt my dick small and according to some posts in Reddit and papers and stuff, the average length is supposed to be 5.5”, right? So I’m almost there. So average, I guess. Don’t know about girth though. So I was wondering if it’s possible to go from 5.7-5.85” to 8” in length as a max goal (at least 7.5 if 8 is not possible) and from 5.12” to 6” MSEG.

I’ve done zero PE whatsoever, just some Kegels here and there but just to try them, not a routine per se. So how much size can “newbie gains” bring me? I’ve read some horror stories about jelqing causing venous leak and nerve damage and some guys on Reddit claiming than only s2s stretches are enough (as manuals) and then move to a device.

How much length can I get with manuals? As you can see, my main goal is to get longer and somewhat thicker (though I read that girth is harder than length and length goes first). Don’t know if it’s an achievable goal (8x6) and if I’ll need a device to get there.

I’ll begin with PE once I get properly diagnosed and only if nothing’s wrong with my body (physically)

Hope you guys can answer my questions and lead me to the right way so I get bigger and thicker wisely and safely.

Yes, it is definitely possible. I have in the past managed to stop girth gains and even reduce penis circumference using a thinner tube while gaining length. I did this using penis pumping and light hanging. If the cylinder of the penis pump is thin enough, it will prevent girth growth. I was able to reduce my penile circumference from 6.25” to 5.8” using a 2” diameter cylinder.

My preferred method of PE right now is 20 minutes of 5 inHg pumping every other day and light hanging using a .5lb. weight sporadically for hours at a time.

Wait. You went from 7 to 9” in length and 4.5 to 6 in girth? Man, that’s a lot! Why did you wanted to reduce your penile circumference? Too thick?

Your girth goal is very achievable, especially if you start a pumping regemin. You length goal will be more difficult to achieve, but with. Lot of dedication and consistency it is possible over time.

I was only able to gain 1” length through manual exercises before I couldn’t force any more gains, but I think other people were able to get more length with manual techniques. I think it’s possible to gain 2” length with hand exercises, but I can’t personally attest to it because I wasn’t able to do it myself.

It’s not that I wanted to reduce girth at the time, I wanted to restrain it to avoid outgrowing the stretching apparatus I have. What I found though was that girth can be decreased. My goal girth at the time was 7” middle shaft circumference, but I’ve always found gaining length to be more challenging than girth gains and I didn’t want to exceed 7” circumference. I’m rethinking my goal girth now though, the closer I get to a goal the more ambitious my goals become and it seems I can reduce girth later if I want.

I was able to get to 9”x6” in the past using manual exercises, but not any more than that. I used jelqing for some time, but that was too slow so I switched to clamping. Clamping however produced a degree of fibrosis that prevented further gains. I really think penis pumping is the way to go. It’s nearly as fast and doesn’t seem to produce the negative side effects I experienced while clamping.

The way I did clamping was very aggressive. It’s possible there are ways to do clamping that produce better results and fewer or no side effects, but I won’t be doing clamping again. Penis pumping is easier and the results I’ve gotten are nearly as fast and have taken me further than clamping did.

How much do you think it’ll probably take? I mean, time will pass anyway so not that I care or I want results for yesterday. Just wanted to know an estimation and if devices are needed for that purpose.

How much length did you gain using devices? Then I think 2” is very possible even If I need devices. You got most of your girth gains through pumping then. You’re a super gainer, aren’t you?

When I first started PE I was already 8” in length, I was able to gain 1” using manual techniques including jelqing and clamping. Of those two, clamping produced the most rapid gains, but eventually caused me to be unable to gain further. I was able to gain 1.5” in circumference using these techniques. I bought by first penis pump after my gains stopped from clamping and at the time the penis pump wasn’t able to force my penis to expand anymore and I did not make gains.

My penis shrunk over a long period after stopping PE to 7”, which is shorter than what I started with. A lot happened during my life during that time period and I can’t be sure about what exactly contributed to the shortening, though I suspect the cause was disuse and a lack of regular erections.

I restarted in 2017 with penis pumping and hanging and have just recently reached 2” of length gains.

I don’t have any reason to believe there is something inherent to me that makes penis enlargement easier. My first PE journey involved countless hours of aggressive manual exercises.

I’m an abnormally large man, in order to get the aesthetic ratios I want I have to reach a much larger penis size. There might be a degree of body dysmorphia in it, but when I look in the mirror right now my penis looks average to slightly above average.

Wow , Rebel . I have the same exact issue man .I stand up and my erection goes away. I am also at a 5.3 BPEL .I would like to be a 5.5-6 without pressing and when standing I want it to not decrease!! When I stand up that shit goes down to like 2-3 inches . That’s why I can only fuck laying down . So imagine my mental health from all the porn I used to watch when I was a kid and now I’m at 24 and can’t even do certain positions that I’ve always wanted to do .anyways I’m with you and I feel you , and I’d like to follow you on your journey because I as well have no experience with PE .only thing I’ve done is light pumping but I’m having trouble with that because my balls are getting sucked in, I’ll figure that out . Keep in touch tho

Oh, now I get it. You also gained a lot of girth too. And yeah, though I’m only 5’9, I’m fat af so I need to look good to make my penis look “larger” just by losing fat but also increasing its length thanks to PE.

Hey, man! Nice to know about you. Btw, do you have varicocele in your testicles? Have you checked your T levels? We have the same problem (I also abused porn for years). It really sucks to not be able to do certain positions because of this.

Have you had a Penile Doppler Ultrasound? You can do it to check if you have Venous Leak. I’ll do that test in this month as well as some other things to get properly diagnosed.

I’m pretty sure we can get cured by doing these excercises and by medicine as well. I feel you too, man. Let me know if you get checked by a urologist/andrologist to know more about your case.

Using a dry vacuum cylinder manual pump, weight lifting, cardio exercises and weight loss I have noticed or gained approximately 1 3/4” almost 2” extra length and some increase in diameter. The first 1” was from the vac pumping. The other 3/4” to 1” in 8 months appears to be from exercise and weight loss and healthier eating.

Yeah, I’ll definitetly lose all the fat that I have till I get to like 14-15% bf (less if possible. Like 10%). I just wanna focus on stretches to see how much length I can get and then think about devices. And yeah, eating healthy is key. I’m following a great diet with lots of veggies and whole foods.

I’ll do anything to get those 2” gains
