Hello! I’m new to the site and also penis enlargement and i have question. I was reading somewhere that the biggest gains come in the first year of doing penis enlargement exercises and after the first year it will take you twice as long to gain what you have gained in the first year. Is that true? I have a long term goal of 11x7, but for right now i just would like to hit 6inches. My current size if 5 1/2 and i just started to doing these exercises about a month ago. I haven’t measure myself since starting these exercises, but i do see a little difference in the way my penis hangs and feels. I also was wondering has anyone one this site had very big gains like 4-5 inches? If so how long did it take? and one more question. I was reading that you have to alternate between exercises so your body will not become accustom to it because if it becomes accustom to the exercise it will cause for slower or no gains at all. Is that true? If anyone can help me with this i would greatly appreciate it.

Some people make quick gains during the first year, but there are some people here that are making awesome gains while in their 2+ year. Check out YGuy’s Progress Report. I believe he has doubled his size in 3 years.

I’m *really* working hard to make an even 2” length gain for my first year. After that, who cares because it’s all gravy. Somewhere between 3/16” and 1/8” to go. Then 8” is right around the proverbial corner. I remember vividly a few years screwing around with my gf and I told her I had a 7”er. She said “show me,” so I got a ruler… and 7” was from the tip of my dick to the bottom of my balls! I was 5.75” BPEL at that time. The stuff you remember… yeesh!

Depends on how the wood feels. Sometimes a week straight, and sometimes one on and one off. I’ve never been one for a strict regimen; I just go as hard as I can if it feels right and if it doesn’t I stop and let it rest.

No.

Some have, but not many. Most reach their goals without needing to gain so much.

4-5 inches would take several years.

No.

If you look at his answer, that is exactly the way you should do it. Go by feel, your body will give you signs as to what it can handle. Only experience will help you read the signs, so you must start of slow and get a feel for the exercises.

I will give you a secret. This is it people, the number 1, bar none, thing that will give you the most gains in the shortest time, with the least potential for injury. Does anyone know the answer already? To quote Rolf Harris, can you tell what it is yet? The answer is knowledge, plain and simple, the more you read the more you gain. The search feature is great. Another method is to read this forum, starting with the top post, and reading every post down.

BigPlug, that’s a major achievement dude. Do you do 1 long session per day or do you do 2 small sessions? How long per session? Also which exercises have gotten you this result??

I’ve increased from 5.75 BPEL to 6.25 in a few months but after that nothing much has shown up. Would like to take pointers from you! Thanks
