That’s not really what I’m saying. I think we are, and have always been, missing a vital aspect to PE. Many people who start out, cannot get a good solid erection. I see people saying it all the time. If you’re say.. 5 inches BPEL, and all you can get is an 80% erection, it stands to reason that at 100%, you’d be longer than that, maybe 5.5. So you do some light(ish) PE exercise and all the sudden after 2 or three months you’re 5.5. Wow, you’re a fast gainer. Not really. It had nothing to do with stretching or lengthening anything. You were already capable of better than 5, and should have been better than 5 all along. All you had to do was improve some blood flow, which you did, and bam! You’re bigger and hardly had to do anything.
That’s what I’m saying. Sure you might get some small actual lengthening gain along with it. But that’s not the important part. Get to 100% first, then go from there if you still think you need to.
