Is Stretching Enough For Length Gains

As we all know one of the best ways to gain length is hanging , most of the experienced PEers got their length gains from hanging. So my question is if we consider that hanging is basicly applying power on your dick downwards, also stretching downwards or BTC stretches are the same with hanging, advantages of the hanging is you can adjust the power you will apply and can be applied longer time. I saw that someone from here got lot of length gains from just stretching 40 mins a day. My question is ‘’ What do you guys think about that kind of routine for length , I have been doing 40 min streches for 2 days should I continue?’’

Manual stretching only is enough for length gains for some of us. Check out a progress thread here by Gentlepsychopath. It’s a terrific thread on all aspects of manual stretching, well worth your time.

When you get a 100% erection, does it feel like you have a broomstick in your hand, or are you able to squish it and bend it easily? If you’re not very stiff, stretching and jelqing will improve blood flow, and will get you much stiffer after a couple of months, and you probably will see a length gain just from having stronger, harder erections. If you already get rock hard, it’s not going to do much. You’re already using 100% of your potential.

After you’ve reached 100% and then want to go to 110%. That’s when you should start hanging. Gains are going to be hard fought after that. If you’re not there yet, keep working, regular but reasonable until you are. Then you can start the real tough part.

I am working on weight loss and PE. Currently I feel like I have gained length, as to me it looks longer but it might just be the weight loss. I was measuring at 6.5 BPEL but have been closer to 7 BPEL lately. No noticeable gains in girth so far. My EQ is poor, maybe 75% as my penis is squishy and bendable even at a max erection I can manage.

With the Stretching and Jelq should I get to 100% EQ again in a few months? I really hope that is true. Do you believe I will see a bit of girth added if I can manage a rock hard erection?

Keep at it with reasonable level manual stretches and jelqs. You’ll probably see EQ gains in a month, maybe less. If you can get to 100%, You’ll be making length and girth gains as well, just for the simple fact you’re at 100% instead of 75. I wish I was you at 100%. I’m 6 3/8 BPEL at 100%. I’ll be a long, long time getting to 7, if I ever do. I’m not surprised you’re seeing improvement already. Change nothing, just keep doing what you’re doing right now. Losing that weight is going to help big time too. Better health overall leads to better EQ. If you smoke stop doing it, and give up caffeine and alcohol, those are two other big factors in EQ problems.

Get all that under control and you’ll be good, and it won’t take long, probably mere months. You’ll make it.

I will keep at it. My length is decent I just wish I have more girth. Hopefully with EQ improvements it will get better.

Not sure I agree with this 100%. Manual stretching usually allows your flaccid penis to grow thus making your erection or BPEL grow the increments might go down on growth but many people continue to grow without hanging.

Interestingly I think stretching also does promote girth growth to a certain degree and some might not experience it at all.

You seem to be suggesting that manual stretching only benefits erectile qualities which is not the case. Stretching of the suspensory ligaments reveal more of the “inner penis.” The combination of better erectile qualities AND the stretching of the ligaments constitutes “newbie gains.” Beyond this, gains are reported from stretching the tunica as well. Therefore, stretching gains can be made regardless of erectile qualities.

That’s not really what I’m saying. I think we are, and have always been, missing a vital aspect to PE. Many people who start out, cannot get a good solid erection. I see people saying it all the time. If you’re say.. 5 inches BPEL, and all you can get is an 80% erection, it stands to reason that at 100%, you’d be longer than that, maybe 5.5. So you do some light(ish) PE exercise and all the sudden after 2 or three months you’re 5.5. Wow, you’re a fast gainer. Not really. It had nothing to do with stretching or lengthening anything. You were already capable of better than 5, and should have been better than 5 all along. All you had to do was improve some blood flow, which you did, and bam! You’re bigger and hardly had to do anything.

That’s what I’m saying. Sure you might get some small actual lengthening gain along with it. But that’s not the important part. Get to 100% first, then go from there if you still think you need to.
