Is this dangeous?
Did manual stretches for a year without any results, so I decided to give hanger a try, but instead of buying one I just grabbed an old sock, a 1kg dumbbell, tied one side to my unit, and used it for 1 hour straight, at first there was pain, but now I kinda feel like my unit adapted to it and that I learned how to tie the sock in a better way, I do this one hour straight, 5 days on 2 off, after 6 weeks I took a decon week like ToughtfulGold stated in his scheduled trauma theory, I gained 1,5cm, my unit has gone from 13cm to 14,5cm, that after one year or more of unsuccessfully trying JAI stretches, manual routines and V-stretches.
