Is U-grip as effective as OK-grip?
Hello. Happy spring to everyone.
I’ve been jelqing lately, Newbie Routine, and have so far experienced some improved EQ; indeed at times it seems that my EQ is “through the roof.”
But I was wondering, regarding jelqing:
Is a U-grip good enough, as opposed to a standard OK-grip? Because I find that when I use an OK-grip I build up too much pressure up around the head, but with a U-grip I can do more reps. In this sense my fingers are acting more like jelq-sticks, touching the CC’s but not the dorsum. Also, I have a big vein on the dorsum which I don’t wish to irritate.
Also, I know there have been umpteen discussions about the strength of the grip, but how much force should I apply? I want to hear some fresh opinions on this matter.
