Ever since I was a teenager I have always hated my dick because of it’s size and appearance (circumcised).
It measured at only about 5 inches when erect, this to me was under average so I had always kept it hidden
Away so the impact on my sex had been astronomical - then I lost weight. I started swimming every day and
I measured it again recently and found that it is in fact 6.3 inches in length. This was a nice surprise for sure
And really highlighted the impact that being overweight can have on your body.

Another couple of inches to it for the sake of it. But I’m really more interested in increasing it’s NON erect size
As it still shrivels up in the cold! Which sucks.

Welcome aboard, being over weight can hide some of your package. Just stick with the Newbie Routine for several months and you may see some promising results. It will take persistence and time to get results. You will gain lots of knowledge from this site, good luck.

Many men here take 2 length measurements, one where you press the ruler firmly into your pubic fat until it presses up against the pubic bone, and another where you simply set the ruler gently against the pubic area without pressing in. These are called bone pressed (BP) and non bone pressed (NBP) respectively. You seem to have used the NBP technique which will fluctuate a lot if your weight changes. Good luck with your PE!

I can say ( and really believe ) if you take the great advise you get on this site you will find positive results.

That’s good to hear, mistakenid, but your penis is going to shrivel up in the cold no matter how big it is. What size it shrivels to might be bigger, but my penis shrivels up to 3” when cold. That is embarrassing for all of us, so don’t worry about it too much.

Welcome mistakenid- I am 3 weeks into PE exercises and I can say that hanging has quickly given me about 3 inches of flaccid length. My dick use to shrivel up to about 2-3”. Now it hangs around 5+” flaccid all the time.
It is very important for me because it is a big turn on with the ladies. I think they are use to seeing shriveled up turtle dicks and when they see a 5” flaccid hanger they think they have something (even if the erect length doesn’t grow much more they have a mental perception that it will and it gets you in bed with them.

Good luck. Read up on the beginner stuff and hanging. I was really careful and started hanging as soon as I made a device for it. Wish I started earlier.
