I've done penis enlargement surgery, and want to do PE

Hey all!

I’ve been lurking around on the forums for quite a while, and this is my first post.

About three years ago I’ve done penis enlargement surgery, by cutting the ligaments.
The results are OK, not a massive increase in length, I mostly see an increase in flaccid length (about 1.5 cm or 0.6”).

I want to get started with PE, and am mostly interested in increasing my erect length. I’ve read quite a lot and see that most stretching exercises are targeting the ligaments. However, since mine are cut, I am wondering if doing these stretches will benefit me in any way?

My questions:

1) Should I be doing stretches that are targeting the tunica rather than the ligaments?
2) When you use an extender, will it mostly target the ligaments or the tunica?

Another concern:

I’ve read that by doing penis enlargement surgery, scar tissue will form if the penis is not kept in a stretched form after surgery (for example by hanging or extender), and that this scar tissue is very hard to break down, thus making PE harder and possible gains more unlikely. Since I’ve not done any stretching or jelqing after surgery, I’m concerned with this theory. Is there anyone with knowledge on this?

I’ve also read articles and threads by people who say the opposite: Making it easier to gain when your ligaments are already cut. So I’m not sure what to believe.

Any advice?

Thanks so much guys!

Since your ligaments are severed, it stands to reason that no matter which direction you stretch, the strain will be on the tunica, but I’ll be the first to admit I’m not a doctor or physical therapist, so I could very well be wrong.

In general, any stretch that is horizontal, or above the horizontal plane, will target the tunica rather than the ligaments.
Severing the suspensory ligaments does reduce the stability of the base of your penis and does make it easier to get a sex or PE related injury, so you should be very cautious, but I don’t see why you can’t benefit from stretching, jelqing, and eventually once you get experienced (6 months to a year), pumping, clamping, etc.

I can’t speak about extenders since I’ve never used one.

Good luck, and be safe. :)

STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

I’d be interested to hear how this goes. Has anyone here done PE after such surgery? I would think it would work better, since you’re not fighting against that ligament?

I think you’ll be ok. Lots of stretches, fulcrum and heat. And pay attention to what your body says.

Thanks for the replies guys, I appreciate your answers!

I will get started with the newbie routine, and I might report back in a while to let you know how things are going.
