@bigdick1: I think rest days are ridiculous, the time of not doing PE during the day is enough for me, I don’t need a whole day to rest. My routine is about 125-200 dry jelqs (3-3.5 secs per stroke), depend on my EQ and soreness in the penis. IMO the tightness of the grip is also a factor: I always try to push the envelope but still say in the safe range - I aim for a stretched feeling, not a painful feeling. Adjust the grip’s tightness depend on how I feel.
