Im wondering what experienced members think about jelqing BEFORE stretching(reverse of newbie routine),especially if im looking more for girth than length.What are the pros and cons of this,from your knowledge or actual experience.Thanks

I personally think the stretching should be limited; I’ve only seen an increase in base girth from stretching (I think it should be attributed to the stretching as others on here have said stretching/hanging increases base girth). If you want to focus on girth you should just jelq with an emphasis on “squeezing” over “pulling” and incorporate other squeezes/clamps. Happy hunting.

This is coming from someone who is focusing more on length and using girth exercises mainly for EQ and ancillary girth gains.

Thanks Stallion,Just wondering because after stretching sometimes,my dick feels rubbery and i dont seem to get that good 50-70% i want for proper jelqing.I dont have any EQ problem otherwise…just during Jelqing.

I do it. Although I haven’t seen any real change in over 2 months.

I’ve found I get the best stretches about 1-2 hours after jelqing.

Looking at the mechanics of both, it would seem that it’s best to stretch then jelq. However, I have personally found what little stretching I have done to be much more productive when I do it after I jelq. My dick just seems so much more pliable to stretch after I’ve jelqed it full of blood. People have found success with both ways.

I do 5x10 dry jelqs before I start stretching.

I kinda like it, feels like it’s getting my penis ready for mechanical tension.


Start (04/11) - BPEL : 18 cm (7 1/8 in), EG (midshaft) : 14 cm (5.5 in)

08/11 - BPEL : 20 cm (7 1/8 in), EG (midshaft) : 14 cm (5.5 in), BPFSL 21.5 cm

Just hit a plateau >.< gotta go through it!

If you are going for girth, stretch first, jelq second. If you do it the other way around, the stretch after jelq will stretch all of the girth out of it.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

First, the often repeated advice: “Stick with the newbie routine for at least six weeks.”

I’m personally currently dping:

2-3 mintues of dry jelqs
5 minutes or so of stretch, ending with BTC
15-20 minutes of jelq

Stretches throughout the day when I think about it.
