Jelq question about switching from stroke count to minutes
I’m not new to PE, just new to the site, and I have been doing a basic routine I got a while back that is basically hot wrap, 30 minutes of stretches (5 minutes in each direction), then jelq, then hot wrap.
I want to start the Standard routine at the bottom of the how to jelq page (How to Jelq) but I’ve been going by the number of strokes I do for a jelq session and not time. So, basically what I’m asking is that it says to jelq for 20 minutes, should I just set up a stop watch and just jelq until it gets to 20 minutes, no matter how many times it actually ends of being? Thanks.
