Jelq technique question - squeeze at end of stroke?

So I took a look at the how to wet jelq video a couple of times, and my question is, at the end of one stroke when you start the next stroke with your other hand, should both hands still be squeezing at the same time, or should it be that once you start squeezing with one hand you stop squeezing with the other? Hope this makes sense, thanks!

I used to do it that way. I noticed that technique pushes less blood into the glans.
Now I finish the first stroke using the other hand only to hold the base to make my cock stable then after completing the stroke proceed to squeeze.
Gained much more girth and length with that technique.

Although I think the first method you described is much more beneficial for length since the cock is under long constant strain without blood to change the cock’s surface area.
