It’s been a week since I first posted this thread, and in that time I’ve totally upped my jelqing game.
For years I did what I now consider to be “half assed” jelqing. Maybe 3-5 mins in the shower, with a milking pace that was way too fast. Still, it probably got me into the 7 inch club.
This past week I was able to gradually get myself up to 30 min sessions, including most of that time spent with one hand squeezing the base, similar to a clamp to restrict the blood outflow (but frequently kegelling and swapping hands about every 2-3 mins to keep it fresh). The result is that my flaccid state is slightly longer and thicker. Hopefully I’m on my way to changing from a grower to a show-er.
Questions…
Apparently manually squeezing the base (like a clamp) during jelqing as I described above is called “jelq squeezing”?
Does anyone else think that “jelq squeezing” (if that’s what it’s called) is the superior way to jelq?
What oil? I used olive oil but have read threads where coconut oil is popular (though purified mineral oil may be best if you can find it)
Does anyone else see jelqing as a great “best of both worlds” exercise which enhances both length (like stretching) and girth (like squeezing) ??
Anyone else doing jelqing 30mins a day? Is it OK to do two 30 min sessions per day? Can it be done everyday, or should I practice a 5/2 schedule?
