In the past jelqing was ‘the’ way to gain in PE.
Now I read that its dangerous?

Do you think its dangerous?
Do you still jelq?
Is stretching better for length?

Many/most things can be dangerous if utilized or undertaken improperly, including jelqing.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Jelqing is the primary PE method. It’s not simple though. It took me about 6 months to learn. People don’t like learning skills, they look for shortcuts. Any form of effective PE requires hard work.

Agreed. Jelqing is the basics and it shouldn’t be neglected at all.

I prefer Jelqing before doing anything else.

What did you do wrong in first place?

Watch the videos.

Then practice. Nothing beats experience to figure out the correct pressure, erection level, grips. It’s just like learning an instrument, you’re crap at the start.

How much pressure or queeze with jelqing

Hi guys!

Question about jelqing again.(sorry)

I’ve read ‘a lot’ about PE and jelqing.
But I can’t find concrete information about the pressure/squeeze intensity with jelqing.

When I’m doing right in your opinion, and when did you experienced (faster) gains?
What do you think I have to feel?
Do I have to squeeze (really) hard?
Do I have to squeeze so I can feel floating of the blood?
Must it be light squeeze?
Do I have to feel building up the pressure in my glans when stroking?

I’m doing a newbie program, but I don’t know if I’m doing it right.
Now I’m squeezing that I feel the blood flow.
I am squeezing a bit hard and most of the times I get cramps in my hand.
I do a 4 second stroke and the fifth second is a ‘extra’ pull (stretched jelqing which I hope faster length gains).

Experiment with the pressure. It’s hard to describe. There’s a point where you can’t progress a stroke because your grip is too hard. It’ll go forward a bit but then the internal pressure will prevent further progress. This is called a Uli#3. Be careful when experimenting with this much pressure.

For jelqing you need a slightly looser grip, the blood should be able to pass the grip fast enough to allow you to complete a stroke in around 3 seconds. You should feel pressure above the grip and if you are paying enough attention on the leading edge of the grip it should be a little more intense. As your “erection level” changes so should the tightness of your grip.

Erection level is a misnomer. An erect penis is hard and inflexible, you need the penis to be plump but flexible.

Don’t forget to warm wrap thoroughly before jelqing. This increases the elasticity of the penis. It will help prevent injury and allow for greater progress in a session.

Try to avoid things like ‘thnx’ and ‘Grtz’ here. This forum is for adult conversation and a lot of people come from countries where English isn’t so ubiquitous.

Then I think I’m doing it the right way.
I indeed focus on feeling the ‘right’ blood flow.
I only do wet jelqs with good and fine lube which stays smooth for almost 20 minutes.
It’s harder for me to stay hard all the time.
And I’m also always using a warm pad, 10 minutes before PE, 5 minutes between stretching and jelqing and sometimes 5-10 minutes as warm-down (but not always).
After the first 10 minutes my P feels warm and ready for PE.

I will not use those abbreviations anymore.
I’m from the Netherlands and we use these a lot when writing English.

That all sounds good. If you have a good jelqing session you might find that you have a larger flaccid size for hours afterwards. This doesn’t appear to happen with everyone.

We all lose pump when jelqing. You just have to pause and regain your ‘erection’. There’s no point in jelqing with too little blood in the penis.

Good luck and good gains. In the end it’s the gains that will tell you if you are using enough force.
