Jelqing And Stretching Affecting EQ

How come when I jelq or stretch its hard for me to get a solid erection afterward. I feel as if clamping alone gives me great EQ even after my session but anything else pumping, jelqing, stretching my EQ suffers. Its hard to work the other things into my routine psychologically I feel like its doing the reverse affect.

Wouldn’t that be tissue fatigue? The same as trying to curl 5 kg after an intense bicep session. I don’t know how to speak to this in biological terms, but it makes sense to me that after you have brought those tissues to fatigue, they will be less responsive immediately afterwards. It happens to me to, especially after 2 x 20 pump sessions. No sex until the next day.
